previously i had only one complaint about the wifi, but now i can completely review this hotel with all honesty and say its the WORST first when we arrived, we couldnt connect to the wifi and they had said "sorry the wifi is not working today, it will be fixed tomorrow" as the people in the reception were nice, we didnt say much. then the next day i call to tell them that the wifi is still not working and they replied with the same monotone answer like i am speaking to a machine. then i properly complained that this is not fair, we paid for a certain service and we arent receiving it properly. i have to go out of my way to buy more internet to use in our rooms. they told me to wait and then made some clicking noises which i highly doubt were real and told me that the technician will arrive after 2 days to fix it. which was the day we were checking out. after i mentioned that they stayed silent and after a few seconds just hung up without saying anything at all. at first i really liked the hotel as it was clean and friendly then i began to dislike them. further on, they had informed us that we have to pay a 1200 baht fine as my mother has stained a couple of towels and a pillowcase as she uses henna in her hair. we demanded that this is absolutely unacceptable, we're PAYING to use this hotel and its services, if we have to keep the bedsheets spotless and clean, then what is the point of housekeeping? the spots on the towel was barely visible while the pillowcase had more significant stain, yet it is not excusable to charge bloody 1200 baht for that. laundry is dirt cheap in thailand, we would've told them to give us the sheets so we can get it cleaned ourselves but we did not have the time. we had demanded to talk to the manager but they did not bring him and would not budge. at last we decided to that we're wasting our time talking to such scammers. they were literally jumping on any chance to scam any tourists. as cheap as they are i would HIGHLY recommend not to book their hotel, theres so many better options like the pinnacle or others. staff at thaisun are unresponsive and rude and i will never recommend...

This hotel looked lovely in the photos, however. That didn’t quite live up to expectations.Yes, it was a very cheap price and I have taken that into account when thinking of this review. If cheap is good, with no expectations and just a bedThis is the hotel for you. It is on the Skytrain link which is convenient, but it is a little away from quality shops etc.It is very close to Ekamai Bus station which is good, if travelling to say ‘Pattaya’. There is a pub next door that sells food and cheap drinks. We chose not to take up the offer of Breakfast. The Breakfast room is in the sister hotel Hopelands. There is a fitness room and  there is a pool. However, it is very cold and Not relaxing with very few sun beds. Recliners are hard slatted, non comfortable and only a few around pool. Very disappointing. The hotel is in need of some repair. The room was adequate, faced into courtyard area overlooking other rooms. It was very noisy from the road and other guests. The housekeeping with room was the best part. She was fabulous, changed towels everyday and really looked after us. The reception area was not friendly and did not speakAny English. They will not let you in early, so do not arrive until check in time. There is a laundry with washing machines and drier. 60baht for each load, but you cannot adjust timings and everything is cold wash. Soap powder is provided. We did have a couple of problems and both issues were resolved but it was very frustrating, due to language barrrier. It wasn’t somewhere I would return, but it served its purpose and good for someone on tight budget...

I stayed here one night and it was not bad, considering the price and quality of the room.

Location: very close to Phra Kanong BTS station with lots of food and massage shops along the main street, and even international cuisine like Japanese and Mexican food in this area.

Rooms: the room was a decent size, with luxury style finishes, but our room had a problem with mosquitoes that got into the room. The bathroom looked very nice but the shower pressure was not great and the water temperature fluctuated a lot. Considering the price (about 1,000 THB per night), however, the room was pretty good, excluding the problem with mosquitoes.

Amenities: there's a rather large outdoor pool, but the entrance is through the adjacent hotel called Hope Land Hotel. I went for an evening swim and it was quite pleasant. However, the pool is in a courtyard so don't expect a view. There's also a fitness room but it was closed when I went there. Service from the front desk was exceptional, however, the staff were friendly and made my stay enjoyable.

Overall Opinion: this is a good 3-3.5 star hotel with a beautiful lobby and excellent service. If it can fix the problems with the shower, I'd come back again for another stay.

I stayed at Thaisun Bangkok for one night and extended my stay for one more. I paid a 1000 THB deposit, but when checking out, I was refunded only 900 THB because my towel was supposedly dirty. The towel wasn’t that bad—it could have easily been washed by hand. After the first night, housekeeping replaced the towel with a clean one, but when I extended my stay, the receptionist found a slightly stained towel and charged me for it, which felt unfair. It wasn’t about the 100 THB, but the lack of courtesy. The hotel doesn’t seem to offer laundry services, and guests have to pay extra for laundry (including towels and sheets), which is odd considering the room rate. The service was disappointing. When I wanted to extend my stay, I got a call asking me to leave, with no offer to extend. I received more help at a local 7-Eleven than from the hotel staff. The Wi-Fi was very weak, and there was disgusting mold in the bathroom!!! Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. I’ll never come back there.

it was my first time in Bangkok and for me it was perfect. The hotel has a nice location, right next to the BTS Phra Khanong station like 15 minutes to the city... A 7/11 also 200 meter on the other side of the street which safed me a couple times during those 2 weeks. My room was clean and quiet. I was at the 4th floor and it was to the back of the hotel. The bad was a little hard but I got used to it pretty fast and had a nice sleep. The staffs are the cutest there. Everyone super friendly and always trying to help. Still wondering how they get not sick sitting there all day in the lobby with the AC at like 20 degrees. So cold 55555. Su Su na.... The cleaning lady was the cutest. Always in a good mood. Sometimes I heard her singing while she was cleaning the other rooms. That was cute. All in one I had amazing 2 weeks and I already miss Bangkok a lot. Maybe we see each other again. Thank you for everything IG Jeannyitb

Very value for money given what’s on priced. No frills hotel but comes w clean big room and toilet. Daily housekeeping as well. Amenities within d room with daily replenished 2 sachets of Nescafe coffee, creamers and sugar n a bottle of shampoo n shower gel. U can use the gym , sauna and jacuzzi in the hotel next to it and have free hot drinks from the vending machine- mocha to expresso. Crossing across u have lot of restaurants n cafe to cheap food centre if you are hungry. Very near to BTS station. Exit 4 n walk straight. Once u crossed a road junction, the hotel is just beside an Irish pub. FYI, No much cable tv program which I don’t watch I will be back for future stay if the price remains.
