This hotel is situated approx. 5 minutes walk to the beach. Restaurants and bars are nearby. |The surroundings are nice and quiet but yet you are near all conveniences.|The swimmingpool is clean and is situated in the middle of the (lovely) garden. Rooms are around this whole area.|The rooms are clean, fair sized (2 variaties) and every day new towels are provided.|The hotel has an ‘adult only’ policy. This means that in principle no (little) children are allowed in. It is best to phone the owners beforehand to check whether your children are old enough.|HuaHin centre is nearby. Take the hop on-hop off bus (10 bath pp) and you are in the shopping centres/centre of town in approx. 10 minutes.|This is one of the few quality small hotels (approx. 17 rooms) in the area. Price per room is very competitive.|We expected to stay here for one week but decided to extend our stay to 3 weeks....

First trip for me to Hua Hin especially to kite surf as this is a kite hotspot in Thailand. Baan Sabaaidee is a typical Thai resort settled in a beautiful garden a bit away from the hustle and bustle of Hua Hin. I love the peaceful atmosphere and the whole green setting of the resort. Almost all rooms are situated around the pool and luckily this is not a high rise building. All rooms have a big terrace where you can relax and enjoy the garden view. Rooms itselves are very big and spotless clean with all amenities you can wish yourself. Very friendly and nice staff. Shops and restaurant are a 3 minute walks. And indeed it will only cost you 10 bath to reach the city center of Hua Hin with a shared minibus which can be reached in a 5 minute walk. Will definitely go back...

We have Just spent 8 nights at baan sabaaidee in khao takiab and wish I had booked more nights here! A well maintained wonderful peaceful hotel near to amenities and beach. The grounds and rooms are spotless and owners and staff superb. They cannot do enough to help and advise you if you ask. Jan went out of his way to hire a car for us when we were unable to find anything and stayed around to make sure all was ok.||I cannot fault this hotel in any way and cannot praise it enough. ||I highly recommend staying here.
