My recent stay at the Wyndham Grand Nai Harn Beach Phuket was an extraordinary experience, epitomizing luxury, comfort, and exceptional service. From the moment I arrived at this stunning property, I knew I was in for a treat.
Nestled in the picturesque Nai Harn Beach area, the location is simply unbeatable. The serene, pristine beach is just a short stroll away, offering a tranquil escape from the more crowded areas of Phuket. The hotel itself is an architectural marvel, blending modern elegance with traditional Thai elements, creating an inviting and sophisticated atmosphere.
The rooms at the Wyndham Grand Nai Harn Beach Phuket are nothing short of spectacular. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and adorned with contemporary furnishings and thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights, and the large balcony offered breathtaking views of the lush surroundings and the sparkling pool. The bathroom was luxurious, featuring a rain shower, a deep soaking tub, and high-end toiletries.
One of the highlights of my stay was the dining experience. The hotel offers an array of dining options that cater to all tastes. The breakfast buffet was a delight, with an extensive selection of both local and international dishes, all freshly prepared and beautifully presented. I particularly enjoyed dining at the rooftop restaurant, where I savored exquisite Thai cuisine while taking in panoramic views of the sunset over Nai Harn Beach. The poolside bar and restaurant also deserve special mention for their delicious cocktails and light bites, perfect for a relaxed afternoon by the pool.
Speaking of the pool, the hotel's pool area is a true oasis. The expansive, beautifully landscaped pool is surrounded by comfortable loungers and cabanas, providing the perfect setting for relaxation. The swim-up bar adds an extra touch of luxury, allowing guests to enjoy refreshing drinks without leaving the water. The poolside service was impeccable, with attentive staff ensuring that every need was met promptly.
The hotel's facilities extend beyond the pool, offering something for everyone. The fitness center is well-equipped with state-of-the-art machines, catering to all workout preferences. The spa is a haven of tranquility, offering a range of treatments that left me feeling rejuvenated and pampered. The therapists were professional and skilled, creating a truly indulgent experience.
What truly sets the Wyndham Grand Nai Harn Beach Phuket apart is the exceptional service. Every member of the staff, from the front desk to the housekeeping team, was warm, friendly, and dedicated to making my stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Their attention to detail, willingness to go above and beyond, and genuine hospitality made a lasting impression.
I had the most romantic moments with my girlfriend during our stay. The intimate dinners under the stars, the long walks on the beach, and the serene atmosphere of our private balcony created memories we will cherish forever. The hotel staff went out of their way to make our experience special, arranging a private dinner for us that was simply magical and will always be memorable.
The hotel also caters well to families, with a range of activities and amenities designed to keep children entertained. The kids' club, with its engaging programs and attentive staff, ensured that younger guests had a memorable stay as well.
Overall, my stay at the Wyndham Grand Nai Harn Beach Phuket was a memorable experience that exceeded all my expectations. The combination of luxurious accommodations, exquisite dining, top-notch facilities, and outstanding service makes this hotel a true gem. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or a solo retreat, this hotel offers an unparalleled experience that will leave you longing to return. I cannot recommend it highly enough and look forward to my next visit.

Read moreMy husband and I stayed for 7 nights for our honeymoon and it was somewhat pleasant, until it came to checking out and it was a complete disaster! No special gestures were made for our honeymoon despite writing on our booking form. The gym is awful, very hot and limited equipment. Compared to the rest of the hotel it is very poor. Breakfast was ok, same limited options every morning but all of the breakfast staff were very friendly. The disaster - I’d just like to express how deeply upset I am regarding an incident this morning when we were leaving the hotel. I was helping to get the suitcase in the taxi and was struggling and a plant pot accidentally fell and smashed onto the floor and into the back of my leg. I was very sorry, however the way one of the staff members, Ed, dealt with it was appalling. He made me feel very upset and guilty, shouting at me and telling me it is from India. I felt so embarrassed, especially since other guests witnessed this incident and were laughing and taking photographs. I am early pregnant and the staff witnessed me struggling with the suitcase but did not offer to help. I have hurt the back of my leg badly and ruined a pair of white linen trousers that I had to change out of. Not only did this cause physical damage, it has also caused emotional distress. As I mentioned, my husband and I are on our honeymoon and this was a very upsetting end to our stay at Wyndham Grand. We had travel booked to go elsewhere yet spent a long time dealing with the situation and we were worried we would miss our boat. We expressed the urgency to Ed but he laughed in our faces and told us we would need to pay for new tickets. He called the police and threatened us. Initially, Ed informed my husband that there would be a hold on the credit card but no money would be taken out. Then he told him that 10,000thb would be taken, however his card did not work so we used my Apple Pay instead. Meanwhile, the police arrived whilst I was paying. When he charged my card, he took 30,000tbh which is an extortionate amount, especially since we have paid a lot for our honeymoon already. I am deeply saddened by these circumstances and it has ruined our honeymoon. I have felt very upset since this situation. I am more than willing to rectify it, but I do not think it is justifiable me paying 30,000tbh for accidental damage, especially since how it was handled at the hotel. Ed made me feel so upset for something that was a complete accident, which I was more than willing to resolve but he laughed in our faces and charged me 30,000thb (nearly £700- more than our hotel stay for 7 nights!). I haven’t stopped feeling sick with worry since this situation has happened and I am worried about the health of my baby due to this stress. I have read previous reviews and it appears other guests have been met with poor customer service. I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone. We checked into our new hotel today and WOW, we have been treated so well and been shown what fantastic customer service is and they have made our honeymoon so special, Wyndham Grand needs to have serious...
Read moreAdvantages: Large room areaDisadvantages: The service is very, very, very bad, not friendly to Chinese people1. When checking in, he didn’t smile at us the whole time and was even a little arrogant, which is not the case with Europeans and Americans.2. We are three adults and two children. We booked a room with breakfast for 3 people and a room without breakfast on Ctrip. We are going to make up for the children's breakfast on site. As a result, the front desk only arranged for 1 adult and 1 child to stay in the room with breakfast, and they had to pay for everyone else's meals. The receptionist's attitude became even more irritating after I arrived. Every time I wanted to speak, he interrupted me. I showed them my Ctrip order, but they didn't listen the whole time and said it was your agency's problem.3. There was no hot water in the bathtub. I asked the front desk to send someone to repair it, but there was no response. I went to have breakfast after checking out that day. I didn't mention it at first, but the other party's attitude made me very angry, so I showed them the chat history of asking for bathtub repairs but the other party didn't respond, and asked the other party to verify and refund a certain fee. The other party laughed and said he would confirm. When I finished breakfast and went to the front desk, I found that the staff did not confirm the problem with the bathtub. They ignored my questions for a long time (Ctrip can only send 30 seconds of video, and the other party did not respond during the actual one-minute recording time. caring attitude). Finally, he went to check the bathtub with me. The result was that he couldn't figure it out either, so he hired an engineer to figure it out. He proudly said, "There is hot water." I questioned whether someone was sent to repair it in time during my stay, and the other person replied, "I don't know, I'm not here."4. The other party recommended that we go kayaking on the beach. We went there, but the wind picked up and we were blown away. We called the hotel to ask for help. I called the hotel and told me the beach where we were and the situation we encountered. The other party kept asking me to call the phone number. We called the number, but kept saying that we couldn’t hear it clearly. Finally, we were rescued ashore by a vendor who rented a boat to us. I didn't think this was the hotel's responsibility at first, but the other party actually blamed us for not paying attention to safety. Is this a project they recommend? The other party also said that although they recommended the project, we had to look at the weather ourselves. The sea looked calm on the shore, but who knew it would suddenly get windy? You didn’t give any warning when recommending it! Can we, the elderly and children, continue to play even though we know it is dangerous? When a guest is in danger, he immediately throws a shameless face and blames him, it’s really like hell! All in all, this was the worst hotel experience during my trip...
