It is an amazing brand new hotel! The stuff is super nice, helpful and speaks very good English. Really relaxing and quiet atmosphere and everything is new!. The room is stylish, spacious and has everything you need. Really comfortable bed and a nice balcony.|| ||It is located 5 min drive from Phuket town and 10 min walk from a huge new shopping mall ("Central Festival") where you can shop, eat, change money, etc really recommended to visit (at night it's a little dark to go there but it is only 10 minutes). In the mall you have a big supermarket on the bottom floor. Across the road next to the mall there is a bus stop to Patong\Katta beach (35 baht per person). It goes until 18:00, after that you will need to use tuk-tuk (about 400 baht for one way). ||||I guess the only "bad" thing in this great hotel is its view and location. One side is facing a very close building and the other to local slums. The neighborhood is in development and this area is starting to grow so maybe you will have some trouble finding it but it is is definitely worth the visit.||||It was an awesome place - clean, new, stylish. Not the best location but really worth the price. The location wasn't really an issue because you can get anywhere by bus or tuk-tuk . Wormy recommended without...
Read morethird time I've stayed here, the rooms are very large and modern, they have good wifi and cable tv, the bathroom is good and shower with some power. Close to Phuket Town and Central shopping Centre, staff are very helpful, place is spotlessly clean...whats the catch ? Well, since my last visit 9 months ago, the owners of the neighbouring land at the rear of Naka have opened up what appears be a refugee camp. In reality it is a workers camp for those working on the new Central Shopping Centre. Gone are the quiet and peace of a wonderful view over the forest and small lake, it has sadly been replaced by corrugated metal sheet huts with a couple of dozen families living in them, no offence to them, they are merely getting by, but the noise and sometimes smell are horrendous. the noise starts early and end late, they are always playing football or volleyball in the front of the huts hence leaving your window open is no longer an option. The small of human waste can be quite unpleasant also... this is a real shame as Naka was a real gem to find here in a rather overpriced Phuket. Given the speed of building work here, this will probably be around for sometime. NB, I didnt ask for a room move to the main road side, as I found that rather noisy...
Read moreOk I REALLY liked this hotel. It’s clean there’s lots to do around, it’s easy to hail a taxi online from here, the staff is friendly, the hotel is really quiet, central Phuket is a walk away, Pa Tong is nearby, Kamala is nearby, the hotel is aesthetically pleasing with nice paintings on each floor, the bed is comfy, there’s a microwave downstairs to warm food, there’s an area to do laundry, there’s a safe car park for those driving, the staff is so nice. I can honestly go on all day. The only thing I didn’t like is that when you shower the water went all over the bathroom. That was so stressful to me cause I don’t like a wet bathroom floor. But that’s literally it and it got cleaned everyday. Would I stay here again? Absolutely. I probably will stay here for the whole stay instead of hotel hopping. To save money and it’s close to everywhere. There’s a really nice restaurant right next to the hotel called Leo. Please give it a try. Amazing cocktails and great Thai food. Oh and their TV has...
