THE ALPİNN SUİT OTEL — Hotel in Çankaya

This hotel is optimal for a short stay on a budget. It is rather new, clean and located in the middle of a quite street. This hotel was ideal in my situation as I was waiting for my passport to be released by US embassy and couldn't plan the exact departure date. The post office was around the corner where the passport was delivered, so the location was very convenient. The breakfast is included and is very basic but was ok for me as I don't usually eat before 11 am anyway and only need a cup of tea/coffee. The stuff at the reception was the best. I want to thank Mustafa, Sukru, Ozkan and Emre as all of them helped me dealing with some issues. I was upgraded to a large room, which was very nice. However, after spending one night, I was really bothered by some persistent knocking sounds coming from the ventilation during the night which upset my sleep even despite putting the ear plugs. Next morning I changed rooms, so the problem was solved for me. ||I would recommend going to a nearby shopping mall which is great for shopping and dining . My favorite grocery is Macro Center. For nearby dining I really recommend Big Chefs. ||During my stay, I had an issue while booking a domestic flight - my card wouldn't work on Pegasus' website. So Mustafa at the reception helped me with everything - booking, paying, on line check in etc. Pls note, that some local websites (and also local supermarkets, like Migros or MacroCenter ) may not be able to process US- issued credit cards. So it is advisable to have some cash on hand...

This hotel is a diamond in the rough. The staff was impeccable and professional. They all had a really great attitudes, Many of them spoke english very well. The service was awesome. They really care about their patron’s experience. I got a chance to do a-lot of reading. It’s a pretty quiet area. There’s a mall close by. Very safe. And the food in the hotel was delicious and very reasonably priced! I give this hotel 2 thumbs up! Great for a short term medical stay.
