Staff are welcoming and attentive and breakfast is great! Rooms are nice. We stayed in room 6 which is 2nd level with windows facing the courtyard and its own short staircase from the courtyard to your room door which is very handy. Only downside is that there is a small window above the door that a street lamp from outside on the street shines into all night, so hard to sleep. If it was covered would be more comfortable to sleep. It has a fridge that keeps things cold and kettle and water etc in your room.
The layout of the hotel when looking at the building is: Room 1 is bottom left, has no windows, and a short door. Nicely laid out but darker. A friend stayed in there. Rooms 2 and 3 doors are bottom middle, I believe 3 is a suite and has 3 windows at floor level with the street outside the hotel. All windows have bars on them so are safe. Rooms 4 and 5 doors are 2nd level like room 6. The doors are half way up the long staircase. Room 4 is a mirror room of room 6 and has 3 big windows facing the courtyard as well. Room 5 is a suite with not much for windows. At the top of the staircase where the big arched window is are rooms 7,8, and 9. They have high ceilings and different chandeliers in each. Friends stayed in 7&8 and were happy. Room 7 is bigger than 8 but both are nice. Room 9 is the nicest as it is the Sultan Suite.
Highly recommend this hotel, good location, good service,...

The room we stayed in - just a standard room - was excellent! Immensely comfortable bed, cleanliness to the highest of standards, and such a lovely atmosphere of authenticity. We opted for breakfast which was of such a high-standard and far more than we could eat! If you are visiting Gaziantep, you would be missing out if you did not choose Bey Konağı as your...
