My trip was for business purposes, so I planned to use the hotel just for overnight stays. For this reason, I chose a lower-star hotel. However, this hotel exceeded my expectations in many areas (with a few exceptions):
The location of the hotel is excellent. It’s very close to the metro, shopping centers, and business hubs. There are small markets around, and many restaurants nearby for meals.
The room was small but comfortable, with all the necessary amenities—even an iron. My only complaints were that (1) the internal phone wasn’t working, (2) the ventilation system hadn’t been cleaned for a while, and visible dust had gathered inside, and (3) the balcony was connected to the neighboring room's balcony, separated by only a 60 cm high divider, making it easy to see each other and causing discomfort. The bathroom was clean and tidy, fully stocked with all necessary cleaning and hygiene products. Additionally, any extras I requested (such as shampoo, etc.) were provided in sufficient quantities. The towels were fresh and clean.
The service was outstanding. The friendly staff supported me in every way. They helped with everything I needed during check-in and fully supported me at check-out. They even allowed me to store my luggage for almost 8 hours after checkout. The most memorable moment was when they sprinkled water behind me as I left for the airport.
Overall, the service was excellent. Thank you...

Read moreMy wife and myself stayed at this hotel in room 803 for two weeks from the Feb 4th to Feb 16th 2024.||The hotel is in a prime location next to three malls, a hospital and an underground train station that can take you to most tourist destinations.||The staff; from the receptionists, the cafe workers, to the cleaners were all super friendly and helpful. Most of them can also speak or understand English.||The room and bathroom were very clean upon arrival and you can request for a daily clean from the touchpad near the door.||The food from the cafe downstairs was very tasty, I wasn't expecting free breakfasts, as it wasn't listed on their website (from what I can see), which was a bonus. You can also request for food to be sent to your room.||The only downside was that our room had a locked door to the next room, so we could hear our neighbours alarm going off for a few hours, (guess the neighbour is a heavy sleeper) and their conversations. It's only a small issue and not worth deducting any stars over.||The hotel also offers a spa experience, but we never tried it, so can't review.||Overall, it's a 5/5 all round and would happily book again...
