Nowhere close to its previous quality both in food and service. It used to be that the high price tag was justified in these two qualities that have since deteriorated. Waiters are scattered and scrambling to keep up with customers complaining that their food was 20-30 minutes late. The food that does arrive is cold and soggy (in case of a chicken schnitzel). Last time I ate here the food was late and complaints were medium. Today, the waters refused to even attend to us by asking us “for just another moment” despite us waiting for 15 minutes already (they are either understaffed or incompetent) and customer outrage was considerably higher. We ordered Croissant with Sausage, avocado toast, menemen and Apple Carrot fresh juice. After a while they informed us that they don’t have croissant, so we asked them to add other bread instead. They brought that meal, but we were waiting other dishes for so long…. We couldn’t eat together, I was the only one eating my meal. They brought meals very very late. Plus, they didn’t bring bread for menemen, we had to ask for it. They didn’t make Apple Carrot juice properly, so we asked to change it.. For that type of service and meals it’s a very pricey place.
