However, Sarvar, a helpful member of the staff, promptly assisted us in checking into two adjacent rooms, which turned out to be more spacious than the family room we had booked.||Shirin was amazing throughout our trip and answered any questions we had and proved to be an exceptional source of support. She not only addressed all our inquiries but also provided valuable navigation advice for various destinations, even surpassing the capabilities of Google Maps.||Here are some of the highlights of our experience:||Pros:||-clean rooms.|-Polite and welcoming staff.|-Good breakfast with a picturesque view.|-Strong water pressure in the shower.|-Convenient proximity to the metro station.||On the flip side, there were a few downsides:||Cons:||-The hotel's location requires navigating steep uphill and downhill alleys on foot, which could be challenging for some guests.
