I had a terrible experience at this pharmacy. The blonde girl working there is extremely rude and discriminatory towards tourists. I was waiting for my turn at the cashier, but a Turkish woman came and cut in front of me. When I pointed out that it was my turn (even though the woman was standing at another cashier!), the blonde girl asked me how I was paying. I said cash, and she rudely told me that this cashier was only for cards. I moved to the other cashier, and after the Turkish woman finished, another staff member asked me to go back to the blonde girl's cashier. When I mentioned that the blonde girl had said it was only for cards, she responded that there was no difference.

The lack of professionalism and rude behavior from the staff is appalling. I don't understand how a pharmacy with such a well-known reputation can hire such employees! This was my first and definitely...

‏13 Temmuz 2024 tarihinde mağazanızı ziyaret ettim ve gerekli malzemeleri satın aldım. Alışveriş tutarı aldığım ürünlere göre oldukça yüksek geldi. Çalışana durumu belirttim ve bana sistemin arızalı olduğunu, bu yüzden fatura yazdıramayacağını söyledi. Ancak daha sonra fark ettim ki, satın almadığım ürünleri fatura eklemiş ve bunları hediye olarak verdiğini söylemişti. Fakat bu ürünleri fatura içine büyük miktar ve tutarlarda eklemişti. Ürünleri iade etmek ve paramı geri almak istediğimde, bana paranın kartla üç iş günü içinde iade edilebileceğini söylediler. Üç gün sonra aynı mağazaya geri döndüğümde, iadenin bir hafta sürebileceğini söylediler. Ancak diğer yerlerden aldığım ürünleri iade ettiğimde bu kadar uzun sürmemişti. İki haftadır paramın iade edilmesini bekliyorum ama hala geri ödenmedi. Çok kötü bir deneyimdi. Param geri ödenmezse, konuyu çözmek için yetkililere bildirmek zorunda kalabilirim.

سأوضح المشكلة بالعربي والتركي ليتم اتخاذ الاجراء اللازم بتاريخ ١٣ - يوليو ٢٠٢٤ تم زيارة الفرع وشراء المستلزمات الضرورية وكان المبلغ مبالغ فيه بنسبه للمشتريات واعتذرت من الموظف وقالت لا استطيع طباعة الفاتورة لأنه النظام معطل ولكن اكتشفت أنها اضافت قطع لم اشتريها وضعتها الموظفة وقالت انها هدية . لكنها أضافها بنفس الفاتورة بمبالغ وكميات كبيرة في الفاتورة وعندما طلبت ارجاع المنتجات و استرداد المبلغ اخبروني اني لا استطيع استردادها الا عن طريق البطاقة حلال ثلاث ايام عمل، عدت لنفس الفرع بعد ثلاث ايام اخبروني انها قد تستغرق اسبوع مع العلم انه تم ارجاع منتجات من اماكن اخرى لم تستغرق كل هذا الوقت انا انتظر منذ اسبوع ارجاع المبلغ ولم يرجع كانت تجربه سيئة جدا. قد اضطر لابلاغ السلطات المختصة لحل الامر في حال عدم...

The store may be well-stocked, but the staff completely ruin the experience. The woman at the register and the one assisting at the entrance were unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I asked about a product, and she flat-out said they don’t have it — I walked in and found it myself minutes later. On top of that, they were shouting across the store like it was a street market.
