Payed for a “High resolution” file for a movie poster and received a 1,7 MB file not suitable to print larger than A5. Arrhipo claimed it was printable in 70 x 100 cm. and denied giving a refund.

The jpg. file was 1735 px X 2551 px and in RGB suitable for on-screen use and not print. As you can see by the answer from the shop they dont even know that dpi means dots per inch. You can increase the size but not the quality which is not suitable for printing in the size...
