The hotel as a whole is good. When we were supposed to check in in the middle of the night, our room had not been cleaned. The only thing that had been done was the bed. I heard from other guests who checked in at the same time that they had the same problem. However, we were upgraded from the start from the annex to the main building, which was a nice surprise. The room has what you need. TV, good AC, good balcony with outdoor furniture, wardrobe, mini fridge and large shower. The comfort of the beds is quite okay, however, the duvets are very poor. The bedding is in some form of bedspread, not a duvet. You can ask for a blanket if you are freezing. The room is very poorly soundproofed. The hotel has two elevators that can be a bit busy around noon, otherwise there is no major waiting time. Two pools with pool bars where the staff feels a bit unengaged. A bit difficult to get sunbeds if you come during the day. Good water slides and playground for the children. The location of the hotel is fantastic with proximity to just about everything! The food is very mediocre and you get tired quite quickly. The breakfast didn't suit me at all. No yoghurt or good toppings for the sandwich, to name a few. Lunch and dinner are okay. The food is taken away 30 minutes before the meal time is over. You also have to be quick at the opening to get the chance to taste some dishes as they only seem to serve one plate of them. However, you should really try the Turkish pizza at the snack/pool bar! Overall we had a good stay but the food and some of the staff could be better.

Hotel has a lot of potential, it looks beautiful and has great appearance and location. However, the staff is very unpleasant, unprofessional and makes you feel uncomfortable during your stay. Rooms are dirty and the cleaning staff doesn’t come until late in the day. When they come they don’t change towels and usually don’t fill something, either toilet paper or water, but something is always missing. Also the two glasses you can find in the room when you arrive, come with a tissue and a cover. On our tissue there was something written, which indicated that they didn’t change it from the guests before us or that they are reusing this things. (Proof in the picture) There are much better options for the same amount of money and even cheaper where you will be treated with respect.

The food is excellent, good and a lot of choice. The rooms are clean. They’re cleaning the rooms every day. When it comes to staff, it is different. Staff at the reception are okay, some guys are wonderful and some of them are the opposite of wonderful. Men who works at bar are not kind at all. The kitchen team is great. The gym is not really clean (I went to the gym just once or twice). Not too far away from the beach. So, my rating is between 3 and 4 stars but I will give 3 because there are some people who were not really kind when it comes to basic things.

At first thought hotel looked good & room was decent enough with balcony view for me my wife & 1 yr old. Bed was rock hard though so slept on sofa bed with son in travel cot. Meals started off ok with plenty of variety but after 3rd day became repetitive. Pools freezing cold so 1yr old couldn’t use them. No entertainment at all music wise. Staff were very friendly to be fair & some guests were very friendly to us, especially being the only black couple in the whole hotel, but a few rude Russians. Beautifully presented deserts, plenty of alcohol available so no complaints there. Room cleaning was sub standard, also my 1yr old had two items of clothing go “missing,” we’re convinced they were stolen as we know we had them in the room before cleaning, a couple we befriended had their expensive suitcase go “missing” too. When we questioned staff they suggested we may have wrapped it in a blanket & friend’s suitcase may have been given as a present to member of staff! Ridiculous! We were lucky to get a decent room as many others had very poor rooms. WiFi only works in our room or lobby, hotel looks like it hasn’t been refurbished in ten years & windows need cleaning. If you’ve got kids 8 years and up if they can’t use the pool because of weather they’ll be bored out of their minds. No play or arcade room, don’t leave expensive items like jewellery or watches in your room, my sons jacket for his trip home was definitely stolen and I had to buy him something to wear to go home which I will demand reimbursement for. Think one of the cleaners may have a small child. To be fair the staff are friendly especially in the restaurant, & I have enjoyed some of the food. But I’d kill for some lamb or moist salmon! Scrambled eggs and salmon would be a hit instead of cold fried eggs & broccoli for breakfast. Burgers in the snack bar are cooked from frozen & are terrible. Coffee cups are too small. Great location just across the road from the beach. You get hassled every twenty yards to buy gear on the road, a lot of variety though so suggest don’t buy new clothes before you leave home, just pack light & buy garments here. But be warned! My friend had suitcases on case had loads of new clothes & fragrances but upon arriving at Gatwick airport the case with all new items was the only case that went “missing!” Booked through “On the beach” who have been terrible even before we left England. Impossible to get through to on any level until I blasted them on Twitter, then they responded immediately. Don’t use them, use another company or sort it all out yourself, it may even work out cheaper. Would come to alanya again but next time I’ll pick a few hotels & call them myself and read...

The room is good. Nice housekeeping, good airco and nice beds. Food 0/10. Nothing taste good. No fruit (just watermelon and a soft apple everyday), the dinnerroom smells like spoiled yogurt, the food is so disgusting and the water is not even cold, all the fridges are not even cold. We had eaten everyday somewhere else Pool 4/10. Its a nice pool, but i think we all used to cold pools, because this one is not super cold. Service 0/10. Yesterday i went with the towel downstairs to go to the pool. Apparently you can’t go to the pool with the hotel towel wich is fine but i had to get the pass of my room by my sister so i said that to him (the receptionist) because he spoke to me. He immediately started a discussion that i now have to go upstairs but how can i go in my room if i don’t have the pass? Weird right. So i said i have to go to my sister and he refused to hear what i said so i ignored him and went to my sister.

Today There was a STRANGER coming in our room. I was on the toilet and my sister asleep so sadly we didn’t see who it was. I immidatly went to the hall and saw nobody. As an normal person i went to the receptionist. I told him the situation (it was the same dude from yesterday). He started about me going to the pool with the towel from the hotel room what is forbidden. I said that has nothing to do with this, there was a stranger in our room. That is scary because he/she shouldn’t be there. It wasn’t housekeeping because the room was already cleaned an hour before it happend. He just talked about the stupid towel and i just talked about the stranger, because he should respect our boundaries. We were in an discussion because he just talked about the towel and in the end he said he don’t want to talk to me anymore. I said to him don’t work here if you don’t help you’re guests with respect, then go work on the market. He accused me false of going everyday to the pool with the hotelroom towel, but he wasn’t working everyday so he didn’t knew it 100%. He has let me speak with a high voice infront of all the hotel guests. This is outrageous and they should fire people like this. I’m lucky that i have the nerve to stand up for myself, but not everyone can. So if you want disgusting food, warm water in 35 degrees, bad service from the receptionist and bad wifi. Then i would recommend, so not please go to another hotel or skip the holiday because this hotel is...

Problems with cleaning and service

Hotel that look a lot better online than in real life. The service is like a budget supermarked where self service is expected. The hotel have two small swimmingpools and more than 200 rooms. At The smallest swimmingpool there is morning sun and 4 waterslides. It is directly dangerous place to stay as it is so crowded that you risk bring hit. The lifeguard is spe dig halv The time in the pool bar and the rest sitting at the top of the slides. He cast se and don't care if People slide info People.

Cleaning of the rooms is quickly done. We havent received New sheets but have received some new towels.

Buffet resturant have a large offerings, but the room where you sit is not gearede to 400-500 People and this mens long Lines and too few tables. The tables are not cleaned by the staff, the tablecloth / Dew is dirty from the last meals and thy seem to don't care.

The receptionist isn't really capable of helping. We have booked 10 days for two adults and a 2 year old daughter. We asked for late check-out and was told to come and ask again the day before, they then say that the hotel is overbooked and it isn't possible.

When asking for helt too call and hear of opening hours for the small train, they say we could just go and it would be open. It wasn't unless we wanted to wait for 5 hours.

Whe asking if I could swim laps in the pool at 7 o'clock in the morning, it took them three days to get back to me that it was okay. I askedto speak to a manager or get an e-mail adress but they could only give the generale-mail adress which apparently no one reads.

The "public" bathrooms are very pretty util you notice that they haven't been cleaned and they...
