Hotel New House — Hotel in Beyoğlu

We had a room booked for five nights, but after the first night we decided to leave this location due to poor conditions such as mold in the bathroom, dust in the room that was everywhere, broken furniture and stained linens.

After the one night we stayed here we called the booking to explain the situation and they said they would contact the owner to check out early at no extra cost. However, when the booking people called the owner he pretended not to understand English and we were forced to pay an extra fee, but they refunded our money for the remaining 4 nights. When we asked for an invoice for payment, they mocked us and gave us a bill from a hop on hop off bus.

They do not accept card payment, you have to pay cash on location, be careful.
