Detta är en av de värsta hotellen någonsin och jag rekommenderar den absolut inte. Personalen och servicen var inte bra. Hotellet och rummen var väldigt smutsiga, duschen var sönder och vattnet gick inte i avloppen, lakanen var trasiga och smutsiga, det luktade avlopp i rummet. Första gången vi skulle äta frukost, så var maten gammal och vi hittade insekt i salladen, vi visade det tom till servitören. Vi åt inte frukost där i 6 dagar. Internet var väldigt dåligt, man var tvungen att ansluta sig till den varje gång man kom in i hotellet och de stängde av den från kl1 på morgonen till kl7 på morgonen. De hade ingen lobby dom man kunde sitta i och när man kom på natten så kunde man se dörrvakten sitta där. När vi sade allt detta till chefen så kunde de inte bry sig mindre, de gjorde ingenting. Det var vädligt dyrt och ovärt. Gatan den var placerad i var väldigt läskig toch långt från cetralen. Jag vill inte lägga några stjärnor på detta hotell, men tyvärr är jag tvungen för att kunna lägga upp denna recension.
This is one of the worst hotels ever and I definitely do not recommend it. The staff and service were not good. The hotel and rooms were very dirty, the shower was broken and the water did not go in the drain, the sheets were broken and dirty, the smell of the room was really bad, it smelled like the drain . The first time we were going to have breakfast, the food was old and we found insects in the salad, we showed it to the waiter. We did not eat breakfast there for 6 days. The internet was very bad, you had to connect to it every time you entered the hotel and they turned it off from 1am to 7am in the morning. They had no lobby you could sit in and when you arrived at night you could see the doorman sitting there. When we said all this to the boss they could not care less, they did nothing. It was very expensive and unworthy. The street was located in a very scary street and far from the cetral.I do not want to add any stars to this hotel, but unfortunately I have to add stars to be able to post this review.

این یکی از بدترین هتل هاست و قطعا آن را توصیه نمی کنم. کارکنان و خدمات خوب نبودند. هتل ها و اتاق ها خیلی کثیف بودند، دوش شکسته شد و آب در تخلیه نمی افتاد، ملحفه ها پاره و کثیف بودند، بوی اتاق بوی فاضلاب مي داد.اولین بار بود که ما صبحانه خوردیم، غذا قدیمی بود و حشره را در سالاد پیدا کردیم، ما آن را به خدمتگزار نشان دادیم. ما 6 روز صبحانه بيرون خورديم . اینترنت خیلی بد بود، شما مجبورید هربار که وارد هتل شدید، به آن متصل شوید و از ساعت 1 صبح تا 7:00 صبح آن را خاموش کنید. آنها لابی داشتند که نمی توانستید بنشینید و هنگام ورود به شب، می دیدید دربان انجا نشسته است . وقتی ما این همه را به رئیس گفتیم، آنها نمیتوانستند کمتر مراقبت کنند، آنها هیچ کاری نکردند. این بسیار گران و غیر قابل قبول بود. خیابانی که در آن واقع شده بود خیلی ترسناک بود و هنوز دور از. سیترال بود.انجا پرسنل ايراني دارند ولي اين پرسنل دوست نداشت به زبان فارسي حرف بزند چون از هموطن خود...

Firstly, the hotel's location near Taksim Square proved to be exceptionally convenient, allowing easy access to the vibrant surroundings and nearby amenities. The proximity to grocery stores and food outlets, which operate late into the night, was particularly convenient for ensuring that guests' needs were readily met.
However, despite the favorable location, there were notable aspects of the hotel's maintenance and amenities that left room for improvement. The cleanliness standards fell short of expectations, with instances of dirty wash basins and inadequately cleaned rooms. Furthermore, the absence of essential amenities such as an ironing board, tissues, and international sockets for charging, detracted from the overall guest experience, especially for travelers from diverse backgrounds.
Moreover, the lack of a comprehensive breakfast menu and jet sprayer in the washrooms, given the predominantly Middle Eastern and Subcontinental guest demographic, was a missed opportunity to cater to the specific preferences and needs of these guests. The unreliable Wi-Fi, torn towels, and broken lamp shades further added to the inconvenience experienced during the stay.
Despite these shortcomings, I must commend the hotel staff, particularly Mr. Hamza, for their professionalism and efforts to address concerns promptly. Their attentive service and willingness to accommodate guests, such as arranging room changes when necessary, were appreciated and helped mitigate some of the challenges faced during the stay.
While my overall experience at The Metropolitan Taksim Hotel was decent, with certain positive aspects, including the accommodating staff and convenient location, I believe there are other options available in the same area that may offer a more satisfactory experience, particularly in terms of maintenance and amenities. Read moreWe stayed there for 6 days , When we were checking in the staff was very nice and helpful , 4 out of 6 days we did not have internet , at one time they wanted us to use our passport number as our user name to sign in , they changed the password every few hours , when I complained and did not get any where and wanted to talk to the manger , they were off and they did not call me back , they did not change our sheets , we had to ask for clean towels , The staff were very dishonest , I wanted a car to the airport they were asking for 300 lira, we had a Taxi from the airport and it had cost us 70 lira, when I told him , he said okay I will charge you 250 , and then 200 lira, The car came and took us to the Airport and I asked the driver if I need to pay him or the hotel , he said pay him , Do you know how much he asked for 60 lira. at the check out which was 9:00 am for us because of our flight I asked for a car , this time he did not mention any price but at the airport , the driver asked for 120 lira , when I called the hotel , The desk clarke said this is the price , prior to our departure , they cut off the internet while we were in our room trying to get our bags to the airport , when I called to ask why we can not use the internet , They said you no longer are our guest , I had not left...
