We went in the month of ramadan at iftar(breakfast) time and it was packed. There is always a seating waitress at the door to request information. We were told that during iftar there is a buffet and later (2 hrs) there is the menu option. We went to another restaurant to get a place faster the other place jad tables empty but we had to wait more than 30 mins with nobody giving us any attention. we decided to go back to this restaurant. As soon as we walked through the door 3 waiters were running to clean a table for us. we were seated in less than 5 mins. fast fwd: food was fresh and delicious, service is fast and they are very respectful and appreciative of their customers unlike other restos in the neighborhood. nice ambience and clean restaurant with plenty of space. Minced meat kabab through was too fatty with lamb fat which was very unpleasant for a western eater but this is a taste related. chicken, rice and salads were delicious! really recommend it. تجنب!!!! AVOID!!!! Extreme prices for a Middle Eastern restaurant in Istanbul, outdated setting, rubbish service and rude staff. We waited an entire hour for our food whilst fasting, and when we attempted to ask what happened with our order, we were ignored every time. At our arrival, we were made to find our own table, and the waiters handed out water and dates randomly to people (as many were fasting), but decided to ignore us, leaving us both thirsty and hungry. The table next to us had a similar issue too. The environment of the restaurant is DEFINITELY NOT family-friendly, there are people smoking shisha inside and outside, and the inside is even steamy, and the live music was more annoying than entertaining. I had such a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The atmosphere was warm and inviting with really nice vibes that made it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a meal. A special thanks to Ms. Peri, who provided outstanding customer service she was friendly, attentive, and made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived.
