זה פשוט לא מלון מציגים אותו מלון סוויטות ברמה רק זה לא מגיע לחלון במלונות סוויטות , מיקום לא נוח להגעה ,חדרים קטנים אין שום דבר נוח שילמתי וברחתי , למרות שהפסדתי את הכסף כי לא הסכימו להחזיר ובוקינג לא עזרו ... פשוט לא להתקרב למקום הזה ...בטוח תתחרט

No person with any form of self-respect should stay here. This is the ultimate dump. Avoid at all cost. We were booked to check in this morning 4/10/23 and on arrival decided to leave and find alternative accommodation. What you see on the images, is not what you will get. The room is situated on the 3rd floor, no elevator, so you will have to deal with a narrow staircase. The property is situated on the top of a very steep street, surrounded by dilapidated buildings. We were met by a half asleep receptionist in an area that looks like someone's living room after a heavy drinking session. The place smells and is messy. The room is no different, it smells of smoke and to top it off, they have a cat living on the patio.||I should have realized what I am getting I to from the minute I received correspondence from the property. They are a bunch of amateurs who are masters of deception. Even the transport company's representatives were shocked when they saw the property and room and offered to assist us to find alternative accommodation.||I've lost €200 in the process and we'll worth it NOT to stay in this dump. Not a worthy apart-hotel. Friendly staff and somewhat helpful thought but don't keep their promises. Dirty location. Not soundproof rooms. Old and worn out bathroom. The shower doesn't work properly, bad odour coming from the bathroom. The bathroom is all worn out and looks dirty. The guests next door were very loud and noisy Spanish people.. They were shouting and making a lot of noise in the middle of the night sometimes until 3 am and sometimes even until 6 am. Listening to loud music in the middle of the night. We Complained to the manager to talk to them, he never did. Therefore I slept really bad every night. Spanish people are the worst neighbours I have...
