ROİ HOTEL İZMİR — Hotel in Konak

We were a family group of four adults and booked to stay 4 nights. 2 Standard Comfort Rooms. Roi Hotel was easy to get to and close to many restaurants and shops. The rooms were superclean, beds comfy and showers fantastic! We did not hear any traffic noise at night. Friendly staff had limited english - better than our attempts at speaking Turkish! Room not serviced during our stay but that didn't bother us. As our room on second floor, we so appreciated elevator after a long day and evening of being out and about! Absolutely no complaints. Asla tavsiye etmiyorum müşteriye yaklaşımları hiç hoş değil!! Arkadaşıma 5dk odadan bir şey vereceğim için yukarı çıktık 5dakikalığına, kapıdan girer girmez telefon geliyor tek kişilik oda ödemişsiniz arkadaşınız hemen insin şekilde kötü bir yaklaşım sergiliyorlar.Arkadaşıma bir şey verip ineceğiz odada durmayacağız dememe rağmen derhal insin hemen insin şekilde bir üslup sergiledi.Sonrasında aşağıda da yine kötü üslubuna devam etti.Bunca senedir defalarca otellerde kaldım asla böyle bir yaklaşımla karşılaşmadım.Merdiven altı otel zihniyeti ile işletilen bir yer ve kurumsal bir otelde kalmadığıma pişman oldum.Ertesi gün resepsiyondaki diğer bey de güvenlik falan diyor ben müşteriye olan yaklaşımdan bahsediyorum ama o güvenliğiniz falan filan diyor. 50 yaşına gelmişsiniz ama işletmeciliği bilmiyorsunuz.Hiç bir otel müşterisine bu şekilde muamele göstermez bir özürden bile acizsiniz. Siz de böyle saçma sapan yaklaşımlarla karşılaşmak istemiyorsanız gidin kurumsal bir otelde kalın.Ayrıca otelin olduğu mahalle hiç tekin değil daracık sokakta akşam saatlerinde tekinsiz müşteriye çıkmış kadınlar var güvenlik diyorsunuz ya hanii!...
