We booked this hotel as a package with Jet2 holidays. We didn't book anything special, just an 'Economy room' Having read a previous review complaining about a poor view from the room, I actually tried to upgrade my room via the Jet2 web site but their web site wouldn't let me do it. With this in mind I was slightly apprehensive about the room we might be given. I needn't have worried as we were given a lovely room with a superb view across the bay and the town. If this is an 'Economy room' then the more expensive rooms must be amazing. Every staff member that we met was just lovely and so very helpful. The lady who cleaned our room left the most amazing sculptures made out of towels on our bed. The buffet breakfast had something for everyone and I could tell that they catered for certain nationalities depending on who was staying. Lovely outdoor and indoor pools topped off with a well equipped gymnasium. The whole place was as clean as you could wish for - absolutely lovely. In over 50 years of travelling I can honestly say that this is one of the very best hotels that we have ever stayed in. Thank you to everyone who made us so welcome. Thoroughly...

It’s going to be a long post – so I’ll share my thoughts point by point!

Quality: You can truly feel the quality in this hotel. Everyone working here has a problem-solver mindset, which is key in the service industry. This quality is reflected in the cleanliness, the organization, and the overall atmosphere – all of which I deeply appreciate.

Facilities: There’s an outdoor pool and a spa center with a sauna, hammam, and indoor pool – we ended up spending a lot of time there. I also had a Balinese massage from Ayu, and it was excellent. Thank you, Ayu!

Breakfast: Breakfast was again marked by quality. It wasn’t overwhelmingly large, but it was definitely enough. I personally believe that when quantity increases too much, quality tends to suffer – so I appreciated their approach here.

Location: The hotel is in a very quiet area but still close to the center. It was easy to walk around and explore the city. I still have the Miniatürk Museum on my list for next time!

Overall: Location-wise and quality-wise, this place is a gem. We’ll definitely come back next time we’re in Kuşadası. Finding places like...
