Shocking. Still here. Been here for 2 days. Arrived early hours Tuesday morning toilet broken and twin beds for me and wife after booking well in advance. Complained the next morning and about the nightclub on the roof that was horrendous playing music extremely loudly until 2am and then slightly less until 3am following day had the ordeal of having to be out of our room in 15 mins as they was switching rooms but ours wasnt ready so had to take our bags to reception and wait about 4 hours to get into our room. Finally get to our room and the toilet was playing up again which I managed to sort. Went to leave the room, took the key card out of the holder it fell on the floor. Went out reported this to reception and they said it would be taken care off. Its still on the floor. Went out for some piece and quiet nice time away from the hotel, returned at 12am to horrendously loud music again. Tried to sleep no chance. Rang reception that basically said if he tells them to turn it down they will say no. That was the actual reply I got. Offered to move us again. There and then at 1.30am in the morning..... he tried to blame a neighbouring hotel for the noise which I told him stop lying to me as he clearly was and told him its coming straight through the hotel. No one cares. We have come to have dental work done and told to relax... not a prayer... breakfast is shocking / terrible... no words. Got another 7 days of this crap as I dont think they give two hoots to any complaints. We will see today. No one advised or was aware of this nightclub but it goes on until 2am/3am every night extremely load and have now been awake since 7am with what must be the sound of the cleaners decideing to move every peice of furniture a hundred times so wide awake ad tired again to go more more dental work. However might go for a little walk first to get away from this...
Read moreRecently, I had the great privilege of staying in a very “innovative” hotel (Rest&More by Dedeman Kuşadası Marina - Dedeman Hotels & Resorts International). They have introduced so many new ideas to the hotel business that perhaps other hotels will one day follow these “innovations”:|1. Personal belongings policy. The hotel takes no responsibility for items left in your room. If something disappears during cleaning, that’s your problem. The suggested alternatives:|o Take all your belongings (clothes, shoes, toothbrush, razor, etc.) with you on excursions or to the beach.|o Or, make a full inventory of your items, invite the hotel manager (whose name is Can), have him stamp the list, and then, after cleaning, invite him again to confirm nothing is missing. Otherwise, the hotel bears no responsibility. (We lost several expensive items during cleaning — but the hotel simply did not care.)|2. Complimentary nightlife. Guests enjoy free, loud music on the rooftop until 3:00 a.m. every night — whether or not they planned to sleep. A clever way to keep guests physically active, since rest is impossible.|3. Creative plumbing. Toilets come equipped with cheap plastic valves that require daily repair, offering guests the chance to exercise their creativity and problem-solving skills.|4. Alternative communication. Instead of talking only to humans, guests are invited to enjoy the company of cockroaches living in their rooms.|And these are only some of the “innovations” — all free of...
Read moreThis hotel is great, the receptionist Mehlet (sorry if spelling isn’t good) is very nice and she helped us find a different room as the first one had a tree blocking the amazing sea view.
The pool although small is nice, still needs a few small renovations for the hot tub to be ready, but was working well. It would be nice if they opened the bar on the top at some point to make it more easy for guests to get some drinks and light snacks while sunbathing.
The room was spacious and AC worked properly, everything was newly renovated. Nice hotel.
The sauna and steam room is not included but would be nice if it was included. Obviously massage and treatments should always be paid maybe ad a sauna and steam upstairs near the pool.
Location is a little further away, but walkable to old town and the marina. Breakfast was good service was good from all the staff actually
Thank you for making our stay great...
