They advertise lactose and gluten free options but i was told they did not actually have any. On the menu they had a variety of vegan ice creams and sorbet. After asking our server multiple times via google translate for a sorbet or ice cream, she said that they had no vegan ice cream nor sorbet that was dairy free. Really did not enjoy sitting here with no dessert while my friends got to eat! Server told me they “don’t have anything lactose free, only normal dessert”. After my friend got served sorbet in his sundae, i got up to investigate more and turns out they DO have sorbet, my server just did not allow me to order it. Although the gentleman who helped me was great, he did attempt to blame the language barrier, which was not an issue since he was able to clearly understand the message through both spoken English and Turkish google translate. Our server Fatima was really not willing to help me at all and had i not checked myself, would have left with NOTHING and just sat here watching my friends enjoy their dessert. This was way more painful than it had...
Read moreWe have eaten in this restaurant previously whilst on holiday. Today however we are disappointed in the service as our meals were not hot & to avoid the waitress having to return our meals back to the kitchen we requested a large plate of chips & for them NOT to be included in the bill. My husband ordered the BBQ burger but no BBQ to taste We were not offered any condiments I.e tomato ketchup, mayonnaise etc. Despite the level of staffing only one waitress spoke very little English & her colleagues were relying on her for their language barrier. We have had a lovely holiday & all our meals where we have eaten have been lovely but not tonight. Mado if you want the custom then you need to improve, before a customer is sick due to...
Read moreBeautiful view from tarase! All sea and mountain with colorful houses, all in plain view! Good ice coffe, typical price (155TL). Baklava with pistacio is so-so, it's good you can feel the pistacio but not very strongly, what's good is that it's not too sweet! It won't hurt your teeth, it's perfect for coffe or tea. The personel is very nice and not pushy, they will give you your time to look through menu and to drink your coffe while enjoying the view. There's also good wifi, just ask the personel for password : ) the tea costs 49 lira so it's a bit expensive. Also be careful when paying the bill cuz the gave me different price for tea when I asked different...
