Beautifully designed new hotel in picturesque Side. Stunning spaces as you enter the hotel area, gorgeous room interiors and breathtaking breakfast views. We were in room 207 that has a fantastic sea view! As soon as you enter the room youre met with an elegantly clean white interior adorned with wood and straw elements. The design is modern but beautifully fitting and wonderfully thought-out for a seaside town, it has just the right feel of a little luxury without the excessiveness. The shower is spacious, has fantastic water pressure and thankfully a good hair dryer (which is something thats often overlooked even in the nicest hotels). After reading some the reviews initially we were concerned there may be a noise problem at night, however we were very pleased to have restful, peaceful nights in the comfy beds. Breakfast is generously included and its such a delightful spread of Turkish treats. Ingredients of which are all very mindfully sourced even down to the butter and nuts. Something i greatly appreciate in all aspects of this hotel. While there is no lunch or dinner service, conveniently for guests Carpe Diem is a short walk away also overlooking a gorgeous beach and stunning sunset views. Nomad guests are offered 20% off their bills which we took full advantage of! The produce there is also mindfully selected which is a massive plus. Carpe Diem is arguably the best place around whether youre after a light lunch, hearty dinner or a romantic sunset cocktail. Nomad is located right next to a beach with dazzling sea water. Sunbeds are only 100lira pp which we found surprisingly cheap (comparing to most european beaches). Also if you retain your receipts Nomad will generously refund you 50% of the sunbed cost at the end of your trip. If youre not a fan of sandy beaches, Kamer offers free sunbeds (with a food/drink spend as far as i understand) to Nomad guests which are perched on an elevated stone deck (pictured where there is a stone wall and palm trees). Within the hotel space you have cabana beds which are perfect for sunbathing or having a quiet evening rest or read as they are helpfully and stylishly lit.
Management is very friendly, attentive and deal with any queries promptly so rest assured you’ll have a peace of mind your entire holiday!

Read moreBeautiful hotel but our stay was a huge disappointment, unfortunately.
When we arrived, we were extatic - the place is amazing. The room was beautiful! The hotel is very new. Kiki welcomed us in a friendly manner.
The trouble started when our room wasn't cleaned the next day. I told the reception guy and he decided to bring the cleaning lady out to explain herself to me. She yelled at me and said it was our fault that the room wasn't cleaned as she couldn't get in. We were at breakfast, with the key with us. If the lock doesn't work properly, it's not the customer's fault and it's not a reason to just brush off the matter and leave the room uncleaned.
We didn't get a proper resolution to the matter, but Kiki, who works in the reception had to clean our room as the cleaning lady's shift was over.
Next day, same issue. Room not cleaned and we are being blamed for not being patient or "giving them a chance" by the hotel manager, who had told us that "the customer is always right" before we left the hotel in the morning time... He had promised me drink tickets to their restaurant in the morning as a compensation, which he was reluctant to give us in the end.
It's not our problem that their hotel is understaffed and there is personnel issues. It was really unreasonable, disrespectful behavior from them. I've traveled lots and stayed in many hotels and have never seen such terrible customer service. Problems happen, it's OK, but they should have taken more initiative in fixing it all.
Breakfast was great and fresh. However, note that juices and special coffees are charged for separately. Breakfast staff either don't greet you at all or only greet you if you greet them first. Icy atmosphere overall among the staff.
I arrived to Nomad excited, left with a bad taste in my mouth. The hotel has a lot of potential, which I hope they won't waste due to staff issues. I wish them the best in fixing the problems.
P.S. You blamed us of leaving the key in the door and therefore the cleaning lady couldn't get in. Check the photo: the key can't be inserted...
Read moreWe stayed for 3 nights in September '24. It is a lovely clean place, the rooms are spacious, the bed was comfy, the shower is very good and the aircon worked very well. There is a beach within 1 minutes walk and free beach towels are provided. You need to pay for the sunbeds (100 lira per day) but Nomad will refund 50% if you retain your ticket. We just left our towels on a rock and walked back to our room afterwards, its so close for a pre-breakfast swim. Turkish breakfast was included for us and was a good spread. The only disappointment was that whilst tea and filter coffee are included for some strange reason you have to pay extra for orange juice or cappuccino. Given the cost of the room this seems a little mean, but otherwise everything was great. As others have mentioned you cannot park your own car anywhere near near but taxi/transfers can drop you right at reception. I believe that once they have their alcohol license they plan to open the restaurant for evening meals as well, perhaps in 2025. Side old town itself is lovely but the restaurant prices are very high compared to other...
