While preparing for the trip, we read a lot of reviews about the hotel, they were extremely contradictory, and so at first, we were very wary. But our fears were completely unfounded. Let me start with the fact that the hotel is in a very convenient location: the beach is just a couple of minutes away, and the center of the old antique city along a very picturesque embankment can be reached in 20-25 minutes. The beach is sandy, umbrellas and sun loungers are free, the entrance to the sea is shallow and very safe. The hotel is quite modern, although small, but quite compact and cozy. The rooms have all the furniture necessary for rest, very comfortable mattresses on the beds, there is a wardrobe with the necessary number of hangers, a mirror and a bedside table, the bathroom also has everything you need. The room is cleaned every day and towels are changed every two days. The food in the restaurant was quite tasty, quite varied and everyone could find a dish to their taste. I would like to note that all employees work as one team, in which everyone knows their duties and copes with them very well. It is clear that behind such well-coordinated, well-organized work of the entire staff lies the painstaking daily work of the hotel owner. It is thanks to his daily work and close monitoring of everything that the hotel creates all the conditions for a complete and enjoyable holiday for tourists. The hotel helps to celebrate family holidays in a particularly pleasant and touching way. I am very grateful to the owner of the hotel for how beautifully, romantically and deliciously we were able to celebrate my daughter's birthday. We were also not left alone with our problems. When my children had some health problems, the hotel showed us incredible care and provided all the necessary assistance. We had a wonderful time at the SAYGILI BEACH Hotel. I am very grateful to the entire hotel team, especially to the owner of the hotel, a great professional and a person of rare human qualities. I really liked the hotel and I would like to stay there again...
Read moreThree Star Hotel with Five Star Management and Staff. My family and I recently returned from an excellent 10 night stay at Saygili Beach Hotel. We were apprehensive before we arrived because of some of the negative reviews on TripAdvisor, but we needn’t have worried. We arrived late in the evening and were warmly welcomed by the hotel manager and night porter. We were soon shown to a nice, good-sized room, with a double and single bed. The room contains a small fridge, air-con, flat screen TV and a well-equipped small bathroom with a good powerful shower. There was also a nice balcony with a table and chairs overlooking the pool. The hotel is all-inclusive and serves traditional Turkish food in a buffet format. We enjoyed the food very much and the ice cold Tuborg Gold beer was very refreshing in the hot sunshine. The pool is delightful and of a good size, it has a small children’s pool and a water slide, enjoyed by the young and old. The hotel's location is excellent, about 50m from the beach and a 15-minute walk to the ancient old town of Side. We would like to return to this hotel in the future, mainly because of how friendly and welcoming the staff were. The twins who worked at the bar were good fun and helpful, housekeeping was good with rooms cleaned daily. A special mention for the manager Ahmet, an excellent host, fluent in German and English, a very friendly intelligent guy who helped us with all aspects of our holiday. Highly...
Read moreWe booked the Saygili Hotel for 2 days initially loved it so much that we decided to stay another night. It is an all inclusive hotel, which caters for the budget traveller, which suited us down to the ground. In high season it does a buffet service, but while we were there they were doing table service as the hotel was a little quieter. The chef does an amazing job, we soup, bread, salad, pickles, mezes, plus main course, dessert and fruit being the standard offering for an evening meal! We actually had to ask him to bring less food as we were so full! Soft and alcoholic drinks are included. Lunches were along a similar line, with a Turkish breakfast in the morning and snack in the afternoon. They have a swimming pool, with a children's slide, but they also have a sunbed section on the beach. A massage service is also located in the building, which can be booked separately. Rooms are simple and clean, we were given a 5 th floor room, similar to a penthouse room, which was light and airy, with a balcony and a full sea view, even though the hotel is the second line back from the sea rather than beach front. The staff here are so friendly and really made our stay, making us feel at home. If you are coming by car, parking is available at the main shared parking area at the top of the road, a 5 minute walk away from the hotel. I highly...
