TLDR; A restaurant with a view, good hostesses, and very mediocre overpriced food and service.
Description
I will share my impressions of visiting this restaurant with you so that you can make your own decision about it.
It was relatively hot on the day of our visit (31 degrees Celsius), and the lobby was pleasantly cool, with friendly and helpful hostesses.
When our table was ready, we were shown to our seats. We were not brought a menu and had to get it ourselves.
No one approached us for the first fifteen minutes. My request to call a waiter to order at least some drinks to cool off from the heat outside was ignored.
When the waiter finally approached us, it turned out that many items on the menu were unavailable (for example, only three of the nine soups were available). We had to adjust our order.
Our order was (Tripe Soup (€10) + Fried Floured Liver (€12) + 7 Mehmet salad (€10) + Turkish Fettuccine with calmar and shrimps (€25) + Shrimp in Guvec (€35)) + 10% service fee (€8). Total €100.
The food was served promptly and we didn't have to wait long.
I can't say anything about the Tripe Soup (€10). I didn't like the main ingredient.
Fried Floured Liver (€12). The liver was well cooked, with just the right amount of flour. Nothing memorable, but compared to the other dishes, it was a success.
7 Mehmet salad (€10). Coarsely chopped vegetables + avocado, two drops of pomegranate dressing (which are completely imperceptible in the dish) and about 1 cm of oil dressing at the bottom of the plate. The vegetables in the salad feel completely disjointed, just tomatoes, just avocado, no connecting flavor, no tasty dressing, everything floating in oil at the bottom of the plate.
Turkish Fettuccine with Calmar and Shrimps (€25). A completely tasteless dish. The fettuccine is cut into small pieces and cooked properly. The creamy sauce is tasteless. The peas are of a coarse, dry, and tasteless variety—the kind usually fed to livestock. The shrimp and squid are well cooked but tasteless. The dish feels like a Lego set that failed to assemble into an interesting toy from the picture.
Shrimp in Guvec (€35). Unfortunately, I can't say anything good about this dish. It was served very hot, so it was impossible to eat right away. It is impossible to say what the dish consists of, as it is served in 1.5 cm of hot oil and topped with melted cheese. Accordingly, the entire taste of the dish is melted cheese and hot oil. The shrimp were cooked well, but since they were swimming in hot oil it lost all the taste. By the time the shrimp had cooled down, the oil was still hot, so all you could taste was oil and melted cheese.
We decided not to have dessert.
Verdict
Personally, I will never return to this restaurant and would not recommend it to anyone. When we were already disappointed with our dishes, we started looking around, and none of the dishes served at the neighboring tables made us want to try them.
See the photos of the food we were serverd. They have nothing to do with the food photos...

In summary: Poor/aloof service, overrated, and overpriced.
We arrived into a completely confused carpark, with cars parked everywhere and no concierge.
On entry, we were barely greeted and instead asked for the reservation name before who I can only guess is the hostess walked away without a word - we guessed we should follow and it's lucky we did as she never turned around or made eye contact - just waving at a table for four where only two covers were set.
The table was soon made up, they don't do cloth napkins, just small paper napkins.
We got a chance to have a look around as the service was very slow, we were sat outside with the sun setting - the grounds were very nice but the view wasn't as notable as we were led to believe. This might be because this place is massive, outdoors there must be over 300 covers - so unless you are one of the few tables located at the periphery - the view is non-existent.
The waiter took ages to arrive and didn't make us feel welcome, in fact quite the opposite. He was hot and cold with other tables nearby as well - seeming to prefer a table with regular clients - rarely paying attention elsewhere.
Nothing was explained to us and he had very little patience as well, when ordering - I forgot my main course, as I was ordering for my children as well, as I scanned the menu, he just walked off.
Despite catching his eye and signalling repeatedly, he took 10 mins to get back to our table, despite having 95% of the order.
The food arrived very quickly and it was good, but I wasn't impressed that three out of four starters had the same plating and yoghurty mayonnaise style dressing. Portion sizes on the big side.
The mains came very quickly as well, my meat was a little overdone when medium-rare was requested but nothing worth complaining about. Everyone enjoyed their food but I wasn't keen on the basic plating and standard rice, mash, veg on all our plates despite each of us having different mains like mixed grill, medallions, or schnitzel.
Again, portion sizes were a good size.
We weren't checked on once throughout our stay, nor even acknowledged as we were leaving - at reception, there were three staff members - none even looked up.
Overall, I've had better service everywhere including fast food joints, better views, food, and experience at small family run businesses, and better prices everywhere.
We paid around 7800TL/£180/€210.
For the price we paid, we expect much higher...

The sheer size of the place, both indoor and outdoor, was impressive, offering a multitude of tables and a variety of dining settings to choose from.
The ambiance was a perfect blend of sophistication and relaxation, with tasteful decorations that enhanced the coastal atmosphere. The highlight, of course, was the breathtaking seaside view that added an extra layer of magic to the dining experience.
The culinary journey began with exceptional mezes, showcasing a mastery of flavors and textures. Each dish was meticulously prepared, leaving a lasting impression on the palate. However, the true gem of the evening was the tandoori, which was incredibly tender and practically melted in the mouth. The flavors were perfectly balanced, and the quality of the ingredients was unmistakable.
We tried Çerkez Tavuğu, Grilled Eggplant cold appetizer, and Fava topped with fried onions. All were exquisite, especially the Fava had a savory taste.
Grilled liver was fine, too. Not the best I had, compared to other things we tried, but was still good. Worth trying? If you haven’t tried it anywhere else, maybe yes, but I don’t think so…
As a dessert, we picked Pumpkin with Kaymak, tahini, and crashed walnuts. Oh that was fabulous!
The staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism and attentiveness, ensuring that every aspect of the dining experience was flawless. From recommendations to service, they enhanced the overall enjoyment of the meal. The only downside was the waiting time. It could be a bit faster.
In conclusion, if you're seeking a refined dining experience with top-notch mezes and tandoori that melts in your mouth, all while being surrounded by an expansive seaside view, this restaurant is a must-visit for any food enthusiast. It truly stands as a gem among fine dining establishments.
Prices were a little above the average but for a fine dining experience it’s worth every penny!
