Booked this hotel on Expedia for 3ppl for 6nights after some fairly decent reviews and some very poor reviews. The hotel on entrance is clean with a small lobby with only one reception staff. The reception staff do not greet you with hello and good byes regardless of who is at the desk. It seems they only say hello to guests who are Turkish. When speaking to them about things to do in Antalya it was one worded abrupt answers. They are unhelpful and not friendly I have stayed in many hotels including the Hilton, Sofitel, Ramada and best western in Istanbul and none where of this low standard although they are also advertised as 5 star. The reception staff should be helpful to offer their services and even greet us however this never happened even when we said hello first, we only got a goodbye on our exit of our final day. My clothes dropped down to the below balcony for two days I requested the staff to help me retrieve them in the end i never got my clothes and decided to knock and ask the guests in the below room myself. When at the reception there was no one available I rang the bell the reception man (tall English speaking name may be muscat?) saw me But carried on with his conversation, coffee and cigarette to another staff member I proceeded to wait for 5mins and rang the bell again this time I was completely ignored after another 5 mins I left the reception went outside and approached them and asked if anyone was at the reception they then came in, unfortunately this is very poor service for guests to have to approach staff members in this manner. The breakfast is small there is not a wide variety only a few things of hot breakfast a few breads and a few fruits. The orange juice is an extra 35tl which was bizarre to me as we paid for a buffet breakfast. The breakfast chairs are dirty and sticky as if never cleaned with food in them. The room is decently clean however on arrival in the corners there is dust this remained throughout our stay and the furniture does seem dated. Expedia advertised a pillow menu there was not one available the room only had two pillows. The shower has great water pressure and the views from the breakfast balcony are lovely which makes me rate the hotel 1 star. I would never come back again or advise anyone else to. It is not a 5 star hotel more of a...

I am a frequent traveler. For me, Prime Hotel meets the standards of what can be expected of a nice hotels.
Before my trip to Antalya, I googled and chose this hotel among dozens, just by feelings about the place. We stayed 3 weeks and during our stay, we had the opportunity to see other hotels (from resorts to small ones) and it became obvious for us that the Prime Hotel was the best choice :
The staff, from the owner to each of the employees, are very professional, friendly and present (without being invasive), to make you happy.
Once settled, you feel like home and sometimes you even don’t want to leave your room or the hotel.
The room are spacious (35 m2), comfortable beds and clean.
The restaurant, on 6th floor, has an awesome view to the sea and Taurus mountains. The breakfast is generous and the food is fresh and tasty.
The swimming pool is very clean and you can relax all the day.
The location of the hotel is optimal : not far from the airport (20 minutes), near the sea, calm environment but not far from the center of the town and the old city. The Nostalgic tramway of the town is 5 minutes away from the hotel, which takes you to the city center (Adrian gate, old bazar, few museums, restaurants and Mark Antalya shopping center, souvenir shops, and much more ……. ), and the taxi station is in front of the hotel.
Thanks again to everyone at Prime Hotel, who made our vacation unforgettable: special thanks to the Landlady, Güven bey, and both Barış and Mürat at the reception, Ismael, Şengüle (and other staff members whose names I don’t know).
Teşekkürlerle, ellerinize sağlık, kolay gelsin ve yeniden...
Read moreReally bad experience. Because lack of service. The woman the reception had an attitude and didn’t even smile. Me and my family arrived at pthe night, and the next morning the reception woman said that many claimed because of noise. We apologized and said that we will be quiet the next days. Despite she throw us out of the room withoud any warning.. we got another room, much smaller and less facilities compared to what we paid for. In addition she told our family that we had to dress in another way for breakfast.. We wore normal clothes with full coverage, but she meant that we had to use more formal clothes.
Before we booked prime hotel we called and asked in advace if all the facilities were availble, but when we arrived the hotel, they said that the outdoor pool was not in operation, because it wasnt season for it. (If its not season, they should write it on their website)
In addition, the breakfast was very limited selection of food, there wasn't enough food for the guests at the hotel.
Because of the service and bad experience at Prime hotel, we left the hotel the next day. Paid for one night, and checked in another hotel - Akra hotel (which I really would like to recommend!!! The price is the same, but Akra has much more facilities and an indescribable service. Ypu will never regret if you choose Akra - Antalyas...
