in the middle hotel — Hotel in Muratpaşa

Great hotel for the price, a lot to love, especially the breakfast staff and the view from the breakfast balcony. Large comfy beds, clean and thick comforters. Great location, nice attention to detail with the vanity kit and shower products. Bathroom is new and showers are excellent. The towels were a bit thin and not as thick as I’d like but still fine.

Will note one set back we had, on our last night it rained. The temperate outside was marginally cooler around 60 degrees on ground level. The rooms allow you to choose your temperate but they don’t let you select heating or cooling, this is controlled centrally. Even if the temperate outside is 60 at ground level on the fifth floor it was quite hot upstairs as hot air rises. The receptionist changed the setting from AC to heating which caused us to wake up at 2 AM, very hot in a puddle of sweat despite opening a window it was difficult to sleep. I went down at 2 AM and requested it be changed back to cooling. After some back and forth it was changed and we could sleep again but we had an early morning flight with international travel and could have used the uninterrupted sleep. I think this person was acting in people’s best interests but truthfully the rooms should allow everyone to decide if it should be cooled or heated rather than one person deciding what he thinks the central system should do without actually experiencing the temperature in the rooms. A very new hotel on the market, officially opened in September 2023. It’s a newly built, centrally located 3-star boutique property, close to the park, harbor, beach, and all essential services like restaurants, grocery stores, and shops — everything you might need.

The facility feels fresh and modern, and the room matched the photos.

According to the hotel’s website, there should be a restaurant and fitness center, but only breakfast is available. No room service is offered, and breakfast is partly served on the rooftop terrace. This was slightly misleading.

The reception is 24/7, the staff are kind, speak good English, and even prepared a takeaway breakfast for us when we had an early departure. The breakfast itself was excellent — rich, varied, and unlimited.

The air conditioning works well and continues running even when you remove the room key — a nice touch.

My wife and I stayed here for 5 nights. Our room was very clean with a nice bathroom.|The staff kept our room really nice. Each day we returned, the staff had made the room up, emptied the bins, replaced anything that had run out, and provided fresh water each day. The breakfast was really nice, on the roof top and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had cereal with banana, an omelet, cake pasties, dried fruit, olives, and salads, to name a few. Fresh fruit juice, coffee, and tea. One day, the man at breakfast served a Turkish coffee to me and Turkish delight. A nice thing to do. I enjoyed the Turkish coffee for the first time. There are a few shops nearby, including convenience store and cafe/restaurant. The old town is a short walk away about 10 minutes.
