ON HOTEL ANTALYA — Hotel in Muratpaşa

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The cleanliness left much to be desired – the carpet and sheets in the room were dirty, which made me uncomfortable throughout my stay. To make matters worse, there were no pillows available, and the absence of a duvet for the bed was a surprising oversight.

The condition of the bathroom was far from satisfactory as well, with both the bath and toilet appearing dirty and unkempt. I was taken aback by the fact that the toilet was even elevated on a brick, which felt quite unusual and inconvenient.

Another concerning aspect was the presence of uninvited visitors at night. It seemed that many people were entering the premises with a lack of discretion, which negatively impacted the overall atmosphere.

I had specifically requested an extra bed for my child, and to my disappointment, it was provided without a pillow or any other bedding essentials. This lack of attention to guest comfort was disheartening.

Lastly, the bed itself was uncomfortably hard, making it challenging to get a good night's sleep. Overall, my stay at this hotel was marred by various issues, from cleanliness concerns to inadequate amenities and an unsettling environment. Location is great. Rooms are ok and cleaned. Despite this on returning home was at the doctors who saw my arms and stomach which where covered in bed bug bites. This could have been the room or the restaurant area with cushions and sheets. The restaurant was good but expensive depending on the waiter who appeared to have their own price lists which differ from the ones given on the menu. Drinks are extortionate prices. The breakfasts were disgusting and couldn’t eat any of it. Coffee was cheap and nasty tasting. The outside looks great but inside is actually dirty and as stated I was eaten alive in my bedroom by bed bugs. Toilet leaked the whole time I was there. Staff were really nice and friendly people. Some will try to rip you off though especially in the restaurant. Would go back to Antalya anytime but wouldn’t stay...

The hotels have a good location, there is a park with a waterfall nearby. There were no problems with parking the car. But these are all positive points... We found trash in the drawer in the room. The ceiling has large stains from flooding. Furniture (chair) with a torn lining. The refrigerator is in terrible condition, the wiring is sticking out of it and the refrigerator is dirty. In the bathroom, the tiles near the toilet are broken. The shower is leaking. Dishes in which breakfast is served are dirty!
