Kayhan City Hotel — Hotel in Osmangazi

Beautiful hotel situated in the center of the city. Just had a 3 night stay at this hotel, as I did last year. Wonderful staff, everyone is so friendly and helpful. We booked last minute and the staff went out of their way to accommodate my family and I. The first two nights we took two separate rooms. One for my husband and I and one for our two teenage children. It was very clean and the balconies are a nice touch. We opted to stay an extra night as we were so comfortable and happy with the hotel and the location. I asked if it was possible to get a family room for a last minute decision to stay one more night and we were given a beautiful family room that would comfortably accommodate a family of 5. Also, don’t miss out on the breakfast. It usually comes with the room and is well worth it. There is a nice variety, classic Turkish breakfast buffet. Thank you Kayhan City Hotel for another lovely winter , family vacation.

We came again to stay two nights. The only complaint l have were the way the men at the front desk spoke to us when we asked for one hour later check out. I needed a little more time as I got very sick the night before and did not sleep from vomiting all night. We understand the room may be needed for the next guest but the rude way that was spoken to us when we asked, I have never experienced at Kayhan Hotel. Everyone has always shown great hospitality to us and patience when we need anything. The gentleman at the front desk on Friday afternoon 24/01/25 were not friendly or hospitable at all. I have also never seen them working in the hotel in the past. We rushed out to be on time for our 12:00 check out. Even though I was so sick and when we left. As we left we were not greeted, spoken to or helped in anyway and the front desk just gave my husband our car keys and we had to go get our car ourselves, which was very difficult because of how it was parked. It was on the side of the road and blocked in by the grocery stores palates and a pole directly behind it. Luckily a nice gentleman that worked at the store şok helped us to move our vehicle so we could leave. Very disappointed. I was always helped out and my car was always brought to me...

Hotel was overpriced for the facilities on offer. My stay was only for two nights, however not once was my room refreshed by room service, even for basics such as toilet paper, coffee packets, sugar ect. Breakfast that should have been inclusive for this price was not, and the quality of the breakfast was poor. My real issue however was with some of the younger staff members working at check in, who lack basic customer service and hospitality skills when dealing with customers. Particularly the young Valet boy, who decided he could drive my personal vehicle like a race car, slamming it into park crunching the gears as he brought it to the entrance. İn fairness, there were some staff who did try their best and take their jobs seriously. But upper management need to invest in training their younger staff members. I was made to feel uncomfortable as a foreign guest staying at the hotel each time I walked past reception because of the smirks, gestures and whispering from these inexperienced youngsters. So much so that I lost my temper and had to bring it to managements attention. Because of my experience here at Kayhan City Hotel, I would not recommend to other travellers, and suggest to look at many other options available within Bürsa...

Kayhan City Otelde 16-27 Ocak tarihleri arasında 11 gece konakladım. Bursa’ya ilk kez konaklamalı ve uzun süreliğine geldim ve yorumlara da bakarak bu oteli tercih ettim. Bursa’ya tekrar yolum düşerse hiç düşünmeden konaklamak isteyeceğim bu otelden o kadar memnun kaldım ki deneyimlerimi paylaşmak istedim. Neden Kayhan City de tekrar konaklamak isterim?

1. Öncelikle otel sahibinden otel müdürüne resepsiyonda çalışan arkadaşlardan mutfak personeline ve temizlik personeline kadar herkes çok nazik ve güleryüzlü insanlardı.
2. Otele ilk geldiğim gün hastaydım ve normalden daha fazla üşüyordum. Durumu arkadaşlara bildirdim ve 5 dakika içerisinde bana ekstra yorgan ve bir de ısıtıcı getirdiler. Kısacası bir sıkıntınız varsa sizi hiç bekletmeden yardımcı olmaya çalışıyorlar. Bence bu çok değerli bir özellik.
3. Otelin lokasyonu gerçekten mükemmel. Cumhuriyet caddesine, Heykele, Kent Müzesine, Kapalı Çarşıya, Kozahan ve diğer hanlara, Ulucami’ye 2-10 dakika, Panaroma Müzesine, Tophane Saat Kulesine, Osmangazi Orhangazi Türbesine, Yeşil Cami ve Yeşil Türbeye 12-20 dakika YÜRÜME mesafesinde. Yine konum olarak teleferik teferrüç istasyonuna çok yakın. Kısacası Bursa’ya geldiğinizde Kayhan City de kalırsanız şehrin tarihi güzelliklerinden büyük bir kısmını yürüyerek gezebilirsiniz. Ayrıca toplu taşıma araçları da yine otelin hemen önünden geçiyor. Otelden çıktıktan 30 sn sonra duraktasınız:) Yine otelin hemen önünde taksi durağı bulunuyor.
4. Lokasyonun güzel olmasının diğer bir artısını ise akşam yemek vakti geldiğinde anlıyorsunuz. Otelden çıktıktan sonra hemen arka sokağa geçtiğinizde Kayhan Çarşısında pideli köfte ve iskender yapan lokantaların içindesiniz;) Yine yemek konusunda ün yapmış diğer restoranlarada 10-15 dakika yürüme mesafesinde yer alıyor:)
5. Kahvaltıları tek kelimeyle mükemmel. Öncelikle çeşit fazla ve ürünlerin tamamı kaliteli. Ama peynirlerin kalitesini özellikle vurgulamak lazım. Yine ekstra paketli olarak koydukları ürünlerin tamamı da en iyi markalı ve kaliteli ürünlerden seçilmiş. Benim hoşuma giden bir diğer konu ise sabah kahvaltısında her gün Bursa’ya özgü tahanlı pide ve Kemalpaşa (peynir) tatlısı çıkmasıydı. Yine kahvaltı konusunda en sevdiğim şeylerden biri ise her gün sıcacık çorba olmasıydı. Her gün farklı bir çeşit çorba çıktı ve içtiğim her çorba çok lezzetliydi. Ustanın çorbalar ve börekler konusundaki başarısını ayrıca vurgulamak lazım:)
6. Odaya ikram olarak kek, su, siyah çay ve birkaç tane bitki çayı ile kahve koyuyorlar. Koyulan ikramlıklar da gayet yeterliydi ve kaliteli markalı ürünlerdi.
7. Temizlik konusunda da çok başarılı bir otel. Zaten eşyalar yeniydi. Temizlik de güzel olunca odanızda rahat rahat vakit geçirip uykuya dalabiliyorsunuz:) Özetle 11 gün boyunca otelde geçirdiğim rahat ve keyifli zamanlar için Kayhan City sahibine, otel müdürüne ve çalışanlarına teşekkür ederim :) REVİZE: Temmuz ayında Bursa’ya geldiğimde hiç düşünmeden yine Kayhan City Otelde konaklamayı tercih ettim ve şunu farkettim ki bu otelde bir defa konaklayan herkes Bursa’ya sonraki gelişinde yine burayı tercih ediyor. Otelde 22.07.2024-02.08.2024 tarihleri arasında konakladığım 11 günlük sürenin sonunda yine mutlu bir şekilde ayrıldım ve uzun dönemli ikinci konaklama deneyimim sonrasında Kayhan City Oteli herkese gönül rahatlığıyla...
