PALACE HOTEL EDİRNE — Hotel in Sabuni Mahallesi

Hotel Edirne Palace is an unpretentious Hotel right next to the City center. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. The rooms are clean and comfortable as are the bathrooms. Ours even had a little terrace which was great!||The breakfast is very nice and authentic-no prepacked processed food but fresh cheeses, sausages, vegetables, cheese pies, seven kinds of honey and even more local jams. ||The hotel has its own free parking which was a plus for us.||But the best about Hotel Edirne is the staff! They were nice and helpful all the way they not only explained local customs, found me a hairdresser on New Years eve but even shipped my forgotten coat home. Cem Cengiz the head receptionist was amazing. He called us several times to keep us on track with the shipping process and managed everything perfectly. I wouldn't want to stay anywhere...

Loved this hotel. Great 4 stars hotel, right in Edirne city center. Impressed with staff and cleanliness. Big-sized room, modern and clean with all amenities, comfy beds, large bathroom. Amazing good english spoken staff at the reception desk and professional service. Friendly door staff who will help with your luggage. Two private parkings free of charge. The breakfast buffet has a wonderful range, a varied selection of cheese, bread, different kind of jam, honey, boiled eggs and sausages, olives, cheese pies, cakes and brownies, fresh vegetables and fruits and etc... ..We had a great time at the hotel and would recommend to anyone. The hotel is located in the heart of the city so shops and great food is within walking distance.||I have found the cleanliness standard of hotels (even the budget ones) in Turkey to be quite high and Edirne Palace is no different. It is a well maintained and clean hotel. No luxuries , but extremely functional.||What stands out with this hotel however is the attitude of the staff. Unlike any other hotel in Turkey (and I have spent many nights in all kinds of hotels in this country) where the first answer to any request is met with a categorical 'NO' - the staff here always look for a way to say "YES".||The attitude of the reception staff, the housekeeping, dining room have made my stay worth it.||Thank You all - and this is going to be my new base in Edirne for my...
