Friendly staff and free airport shuttle. The shuttle driver even went out of his way to let us run some errands. However... The hotel accommodations leave a lot to be desired when you consider the $65-75 room price. The biggest issue is the shouting coming from the pentecostal church right next door to the hotel. I was placed in a room on that side and it was insufferable trying to go to sleep to the incessant amplified screams of "HOLY SPIRIT ! FIRE !" Other minor issues specific to my room were: A/C didn't work, the screen on the window was torn so I couldn't open the window without letting mosquitoes in (they do provide a netting over the bed), there was mold on the bathroom window vinyl shade, the closet door was broken, only three out of six lightbulbs in the room & bath were burnt out or missing. The restaurant food was great but took over an hour to prepare and serve (order in advance!). Reception also forgot (slept through) my 4:30AM wake up call to make my flight but thankfully I...
Read moreI am giving this place 5 stars. The only reason I'm giving it a 5 is because I cannot give it 10 stars. Mr. Dennis, aka Big D, operates a wonderful place and works very diligently to cater to his customer's needs in any way that he can. He is one of the lead trainers for students and young people trying to get into the hotel and tourism industry. If you need to contact him directly, I've received permission to put his email and phone number in my review: ssebuggwawo.dennis@gmail.com +256 701 048 053. He will do just about anything humanly possible to work with you and help you in your stay. We are so grateful for this hotel, Mr. Dennis, and his staff, and their response for their customer's service needs, any time day or night. We want to give a special thank you to our dear friends, Executive Airport Hotel, Entebbe,...
Read moreAfter my experiences here, I wouldn't choose anywhere else! They go above and beyond making your time in Entebbe safe, healthy, comfortable, easy to handle things like rides, finding delicious food (both on location and out and about), finding where to make transactions to receive Ugandan Shillings, and more! There are screens in the windows, most rooms have AC units, there are a few rooms with two double beds and a twin bed (makes staying with a family so much easier), tables, etc. All of Uganda deals with power outages and low water pressure at times; Executive Airport Hotel does their best to combat any issues with a generator and buckets of water for faster flushing. If you're looking for kind people who won't treat you like money due to skin tone, this is the place for you! Staff is respectful and kind to ALL, highly...
