Prior to returning to America I wanted to relax for 2-3 days. Therefore I came to the Emmaus Guest House Kampala . I arrived late afternoon 12/6 and was greeted by Sarah's pleasant smile. I was quickly escorted to my upstairs room . Where I relaxed sitting on my outdoor balcony. The over-sized bed is very comfortable.The room and entire facility is immaculate. I so looked forward to my first hot shower in weeks . It was wonderful. I then dried myself with the oversize towel . The indoor sitting room and outside veranda are superb. I have stayed in other Guesthouses in Kampala . This one is THE ONE I will return to over and over again . I can tell you more but if I do you will not be continually surprised when you stay here ...
Stayed here at the start and end of a mission trip in July. We arrived late at night and were quickly checked in to allow us to rest and woke the next morning to a beautiful breakfast. We returned over a week later to end our trip there and again the food was beautiful and the staff were all very welcoming and very friendly. The renovation is beautiful with comfortable beds and freshly decorated modern rooms with air conditioning. A great place to stay which offers peace in a new place and a busy city. Would...
