"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ivory Castle Hotel and it was truly an exceptional experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and relaxing.

The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and tastefully decorated with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable and I appreciated the extra pillows and towels provided.

The hotel's facilities, including the fitness center and pool, were top-notch and well-maintained. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the restaurant staff were friendly and attentive.

What' sets Ivory Castle hotel apart, however, is the exceptional service. The front desk team were always happy to help with any requests or questions I had, and the concierge provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and restaurants.

I wrote a review yesterday, which is not showing but I'm updating it now. It was originally a 4 star experience. The pros of the place are a beautiful, clean, calm setting and the best bruchetta of your life. The cons: the food is super spicy so my husband, who cannot take spicy foods, could hardly finish his food. I waited 2 hours for a chicken salad, which turned out to be nothing like the chicken salad one would expect anywhere else. The staff are not equipped to handle such incidences, but the manager was helpful and gave me a free coffee. Only enough towels for one person in the room when we arrived. Breakfast was 45 minutes late and only came after we called down, not ideal when you have a screaming toddler. When we arrived, they seemed confused and like they weren't expecting us.

Ivory Castle has a beautiful green ambience that made it the perfect place for our wedding breakfast. The food was excellent with plenty of variety, and we were especially glad to see options available for our vegan guests.

Unfortunately, the experience was let down by two major issues. First, we were billed twice—some family members had already paid for extra drinks, yet management charged us again, which we only realized once we returned home. This felt dishonest and very unprofessional. Second, the music was awful: poor selection, constant interruptions, and terrible sound quality that spoiled the mood.
