Me and my family have supported you guys from the first owners and everything has been cool till yesterday when the erlthiopian manager was very rude to my son,he asked my 5 year old if he can wash dishes to compensate for sitting on the high chairs around the upper Asian restaurant asked him if he could start right away,I first thought he was joking but he got more serious and told him to sit on the seat as though he was an adult and with a tough face yet there were no customers where my son was seated,I don't appreciate men who are rude to kids,kids can't sit like robots,next time learn to be kind and soft with kids,it's the last time we will sit up there,we will seat near the chicken barbecue guy coz that side,they're kinder,they have never hurt our feelings.enjoy your upper area.we customers give birth so we won't interfere with your comfort up there,also stop asking us questions,let us enjoy our money...

What i ordered on Glovo vs what i got. Need i say more. I saw mozerella. I got beef. Im vegetarian. I can admit that i thought the description was wrong because the photo showed another thing. Most people order products based on imagery. Thats the power of advertisment. But when i complained they told me i didnt read the description but wouldnt admit that the picture was wrong. Its false adveritsment. You cant call yourself a professional restaurant and get your images off google or muddle up the photos. Then...the customer service was worse than the mistake. At least admit the fault at your end, apologise and show youre sorry by sending a replacement. But dont blame the customer without accepting any responsibility. They even went as far as to cut the call saying theyd call back and never did. It was my first order here and...

AVOID! THIEVES WORK THERE. I ordered a couple of drinks and bill was 12k I handed over over a 50k note and a 2k note. I waited and nobody returned with my balance. A friend called me saying they were at the entrance so I went to meet them quickly. I returned seconds later still no balance and nobody approaching me I walked around trying to find the waitress but nowhere to be seen. At this point I had been waiting almost 20mins and it had had a boda waiting as I had had to be somewhere I gave up in the end and left realising the waitress had kept the money and disappeared. I wont be back that's for sure. Oh and I ordered a strong coffee and I received the weakest coffee I've drank in kampala. The management what will they do? Nothing maybe a sorry or maybe a stupid excuse. Please avoid this place plenty of better places to visit...
