Ibis Apartments — Hotel in Kampala

Very poor service, forced charges to use your deposit and this is created by the house keeping ladies. Had 2 bedroom apartment and only used one, the 2nd one i just kept my bag on the bed, very unfortunate i was told i have created marks on the bedcover in the 2nd room and i have to pay something i found right from day 1. This was only 1 bedcover as i checked out. On leaving they exchanged a damaged bed-cover and now they are going over to my company demanding payment of the 2nd. Kitchen gloves burnt selling at 15K Ugx in the supermarket they are demanding 60K. The manager is just an implant with no help to any of the customers. The housekeeping ladies just doing whatever they want somedays they clean others they just vanish... Even on escalation the landlord cant listen any of the clients complains at all and never responds to whatsaps..... I cant advise anyone to stay their for long unless you wont touch any of their things. Nice place with the...
