The place is quite nice, the rooms are fitted with all the essentials and have a balcony which I really enjoyed. The food was delicious: I looked forward to breakfast every morning and I enjoyed everything I ordered from the menu. The customer service was 10/10, I have absolutely no complaints when it comes to the staff, they are all very friendly, welcoming and happy to solve any issue you may have. Doreen at reception was an absolute gem and went above and beyond to ensure I received everything I needed.
Minor inconveniences- My shower was cold in the mornings for the entire 2 weeks I stayed there. I reported it but it seemed it was something beyond their control. This, coupled with the renovations that were taking place (last 2 days I was awaken by loud banging and noise in the hallway) are the only things that were unpleasant about my stay. If you enjoy taking cold morning showers then you’ll have no complaints!
There were other instances when events were hosted and there was a lot of noise, which I wouldn’t have minded if I had been told in advance in order to make arrangements to hold my online meetings elsewhere.
Apart from the above minor inconveniences, I really enjoyed my stay and would consider staying at Interservice hotel again....

Read moreThis is a budget hotel in Kampala. But well maintained. The rooms are clean, with a balcony and chairs. The washrooms are small but clean. They provide simple breakfast - bread, butter, jam, eggs, bacon, samosa, Irish potato, etc. Tea n coffee is available. I liked the service and the staff's attention to the borders. They have a small bar and an open space to enjoy evening drinks. They allow borders to come...
