TERRIBLE SERVICE (10001 Trainee - 07 Jun 19 @6:42pm) - Forest Mall Branch

I ordered their Feaster Bucket 12 pcs of chicken - Original or Spicy, 1 large coleslaw, 2 family chips

A. I was called to get it and stood there for over 7minutes, other further orders ahead coming through. Then the girl at the cashier took my receipt and gave it to one of her panicking colleagues who then started acting even more confused and emptying the bag where he had packed many streetwise boxes. Then he ran to the back shouting " Family chips", came back and started stuffing the bag again with streetwise packs. Looked confused and irritated. More minutes passed and I was handed the bag. B. But was not given my receipt back. Which I asked for as I packed to leave. The girl handed it to me and chuckled.

When I got home I found that A. They coleslaw was only about a handful, not at all family size - not even kitty size B. One of the packs of chips was missing. C. The pack of chips that was there were tiny for one person only. Not a family serving, but a single serving.

It's a pity to see the name getting ruined by incompetent people. And I feel no good about going back there.

Management - do something about this...

My little ones love the soft serve vanilla ice cream cone.

The restaurant is always clean and the staff are very helpful.

It's a child friendly space and orders come out quickly no matter how busy the staff get.

I would also recommend it as a treat for the family once in a while. The family bucket is a great deal for whenever you're entertaining on short notice and want to add a piece of fried chicken to the spread at home. With one bucket I can happily host 8 to 10 people as long as I add salads, veggies and other nibbles like plantain or potato salad.

The locations are also pretty convenient and there's enough parking if you're driving as well as easy access to public transportation like matatus, bodaboda, uber, taxify and walking for those not driving.
