Optima Collection Дніпро — Hotel in Dnipro Urban Hromada

This hotel has definitely its own face, but as for 4+ stars hotel it has several suggestions. Its exterior is unusual and is city attraction itself. Location is the most central and extremely convenient. Staff were nice. Room was somewhat strange – too much eclectic on my opinion. It was spacious with marvelous orient-style textile as bed cover and curtains but had tired old painted in quite bright color walls (I saw wall crack in one place). The sofa was just great with wooden-masterpiece parts, but the TV-set was extremely old with only ca. 5-6 channels available in disgusting quality. It has warm floor in bathroom, quite large safe deposit box, make up mirror in the bathroom, bathrobe and slippers, the bed was convenient to me. However, the room was cold; additional cold air came into the room through the aperture under the room-door, sound-proofing between room and the hall of the floor was almost absent, unfortunately. To say about design, I dislike the pastoral-style arras on the wall – it doesnt fit the oriental style of the other textile in the room as well as pictures in the bathroom. The most suggestions to French-balconies: their doors are easy for opening, and I think it isnt safe for the hotel, especially on the highest floors… Breakfast was only one step better than in other hotels of the Reikartz chain. That is why I think that there are some things to be improved in this hotel, and, at this moment, it fits not very good for the 4+star...

When we checked in, it was no water in the room. After 30 minutes water came and I had a shower. Hotel is very old, there is no lobby bar, no room service, there is nothing. You can not say that here is Hotel. Just simple pension. WiFi so weak, after 20:00 like ghost house. Just reception has 1 person plus 1 security. Cleaning and personal was just positive thing here. Personal helpful and kind. But other all things are disaster....

Плюсы - чистые номера, отличная ванная комната, есть мини наборы косметики, хорошее расположение в центре. Минусов гораздо больше. Самый большой это завтрак. Если вы расчитываете утром хорошо поесть, то не стоит. Первый раз я останавливалась в декабре, вечером уточнила в котором часу завтрак, мне сказали мало людей, может будет позже 8, я очень просила чтобы все таки в 8 как заявлено, так как у меня с 9 дела. Утром ресторан был пустой, еды нет, какие то орешки, хлеб колбаса не первой свежести. Пришлось остаться голодной до обеда. Второй раз был на эти выходные, и если в субботу ещё было терпимо, хотя еда производила впечатление разогретой, то в субботу на завтрак были и вовсе несвежие блюда. Блины с пропавшей курицей, заветренный омлет, нарезка наполовину завнтренная. Йогруты самые дешёвые. Скудный набор фруктов. Из положительного только орешки.

Кроме этого неприятный запах в лифте, едешь на 4 этаж и задерживаешь дыхание, окна не шумоизолирующие и неудобные подушки. Больше останавливаться тут не хочется, и рекомендовать...
