I got a small room, clean, but overlooking a steal heavy construction which prevents a brick house to fall onto the new hotel's building and lots of garbage beneath the window. My colleague got a small room in the last (7th) floor with a small window very high - having a feeling of being in prison. The reception staff was kind and helpful in orienting us around Dnipro. Around 11 p.m. a cohort of ladies of the night came accompanied by their macro and a bunch of men waiting for them in front of the hotel. The night receptionist was standing there not reacting. The next morning I asked at the reception is it a regular scene, and in a way they confirmed. During the night there was a noise and slamming doors and I called the reception around 1:30 a.m. and had to put some assertive energy to get the receptionist to promise to warn guests (apparently a group of people). Read moreStayed in the Reikartz for 7 weeks on a buisness trip. The place was always clean and tidy and the staff were friendly and professional no matter what time of the day or evening. So a big thank you to the receptionist, restaurant staff and finally the bar staff. Rooms were cleaned everyday and also given complimentary water every day. Had alot of washing every week but this was always returned, folded up, and in a timely manor. Breakfast was very repetitive, would of like to of seen a change on a weekly basis. Read moreVery nice hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. Bathroom and shower was top notch. Staff are friendly! Elevators are efficient! Every meal and snack I had there was great. Not a single bad meal seriously. Only thing I would change for them is a better coffee machine. It’s a bit slow and only matters when there are a lot of people trying to use it.
