The worst experience ever in Dubai was at Saffron Boutique Hotel. Very dirty rooms, the pipes are broken so the room has a leakage. It keeps flooding. When i was in Dubai 4 years ago this hotel was called Fortune boutique and it was one of the best here. Now it's the worst. The customer care is bad. We slept in a flooded hotel for more than 3 days so on the fifth day they changed us. The following day which was our 6th day, they told us that the room rate had gone up so we needed to pay more. We told them that we booked 6 days but the reception was full of Indian families so the told us that, "These people need accommodation so please check out." We had no choice but to go look for another hotel. This showed that they only consider Indians. They are racists. They are against all other races. This was very ugly Saffron Hotel. Dubai is a great city but these hotels who call themselves a 4 star yet they can't act like a 3 star! Its embarrassing. We finally went and looked for another Fortune hotel and it was far better than saffron at a lower price. I even have the video of the leaking stealing which I showed management but they didn't care.

Place is kinda weird. Reeks of cigarettes in the lobby. I made an online reservation and got a special 5% off or something because I booked directly through them. Of course when I got there they had trouble finding my reservation, then charged me more than what the website said - apparently I never actually paid for the hotel when I booked, I just reserved a room? Kinda shady and the employees seemed annoyed by my presence. The actual room was fine, mostly clean and quite big (no idea why I was put in a junior suite when it was just me.) The WiFi was hella spotty, lights didn't turn on in the morning, towels had stains, and shower was so scalding hot I could barely rinse the shampoo out but HEY, I'm not too picky. Thank God I was only there for a long layover and not an extended stay. Oh and there is no airport shuttle. I asked for it and he told me the shuttle would be more expensive than a taxi, so I'm not sure why they say they have one. If I had a limit of two words for this review, they would be "FALSE ADVERTISING."

Stayed at the place with my husband for 6 nights. The rooms were spacious and nicely done. The hotel staff was rude, inconsiderate. We were celebrating my birthday, they did nothing from their end. Didn’t even bother to wish me. My husband asked them for a plate and they refused to give him a take away plate. We brought leftovers from lunch to the hotel and asked them to send us a bowl from the restaurant. They denied, i don’t understand how difficult it is to do. When staying in a 4 star hotel, the least you expect is the staff to be courteous. The night clubs in the restaurant have pathetic ambiance. There are girl dancing in these restaurants and the music is extremely loud. There are 3 clubs in the hotel that play loud music till 4am. It’s very difficult to get sleep. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Their room rates are expensive and the service they offer are pathetic. The breakfast options in the restaurant were limited. But the restaurant staff was extremely polite and helpful.

Saffron Boutique Hotel is a fantastic place to stay, offering the perfect blend of comfort, elegance, and value for money. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality and professionalism of the staff. The check-in process was smooth, and they made sure all my needs were taken care of.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. The attention to detail in the interior design is remarkable, providing a luxurious yet cozy atmosphere. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the amenities like Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and room service were all top-notch. I also appreciated the little touches, like complimentary bottled water and toiletries, which added to the overall experience.

One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel’s dining options. The restaurant serves a variety of delicious dishes that cater to different tastes. The breakfast buffet was particularly impressive, with a wide selection of fresh and flavorful items to start the day right.

The location of Saffron Boutique Hotel is another big plus. It’s conveniently situated, making it easy to explore the city. Whether you’re in town for business or leisure, this hotel offers the ideal base.

I also took advantage of the hotel’s facilities, including the swimming pool and fitness center, both of which were clean and well-equipped. It’s clear that the hotel takes great pride in maintaining its high standards.

Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Saffron Boutique Hotel. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and prime location makes it a great choice for anyone visiting the area. I will definitely be returning on my next trip and highly recommend...
