Terrible Delivery Experience – Wrong and Incomplete Order

This was by far the worst delivery service I’ve ever experienced. I placed an order expecting to receive exactly what I paid for, but instead, I got something completely different – and some items were missing altogether.

Not only was my order incorrect, but it also arrived late and cold. I didn’t receive what I ordered, and the replacement items made no sense. It’s extremely frustrating to spend money and look forward to a meal, only to end up disappointed and hungry.

I reached out to customer service hoping to resolve the issue, but there was no proper response or accountability. No refund, no apology – just poor communication.
