Mexican spicy — Restaurant in Dubai

Imagine I was starving and have appetite for a meal. The chicken was there and waiter force me to order grilled chicken which cost 20aed half chicken. I didn’t complain and I asked him to give me with no spicy but he did bring it spicy.

I ordered for small size mango juice cost 6aed and the waiter just brought me medium sized which cost 8 aed. Saying “we don’t have small size now”, but it’s there in menu. How come it’s not there after you made?

I took the juice since he already made it.

The worst nightmare which ruined everything is that the chicken is full of blood. Not well cooked. I called the waiter and I told him, he didn’t say anything.

After I showed pictures to the accountant the chicken covered in blood, he was not convinced that it wasn’t well cooked. I want to pay and the waiter told the guy accountant that let it be 25 aed total bills. I say no it’s 28aed. I paid the 28 aed left.

It’s not about money but customer satisfaction, I am not complaining about the bills, I was complaining about the rubbish they are selling and charge for it. I didn’t even ate the chicken and I was disappointed.

That’s my last time to be there and I don’t want someone to experience the same.
