It was not very good experience because of it am Thierr old customers and today I supposed to extended my stay when I came first time I make booking for four days and last day I received the call from reception the Philippines lady she simply asked sir extension I said yes and I make extension for three days more today 9 March 2025 I received call 11 50 and the boy said you want extended I said yes during thr call I just sleeping and because of call I awake up and normally checke out time is 12 but hotel normally manage for 1 2 i tell him I will extended i will come down 3 clock he said finance department will not accept you have to pay this make me very embarrassed and feel I am their regular customer and reception boy is arguing with me just to come and pay how non professional he is the Philippines receptionist in the hotel did same but Very nice way she didn't say sir come down finances problem bla bla and I dicedded to leave the property even duty manager was supporting argument of his staff rather ro say sir ok no problem sir you ca come once you ready and even I was leaving last time the Indian lady duty manager and Philippines lady requested me to stay same guy did same mistakes last time and same guy did something with me again so I permanently decided do not go this hotel again look customers need respect and value hotel need to keep very trained and professional people who know the value of customer not the guy who even don't accept the mistake or oppology and hotel lost the |regular customer forever I decided I will not go...
