Horrendous Experience at West Hotel - Avoid at All Costs!
I wish I could give this place zero stars. My week-long stay at West Hotel was an absolute nightmare that I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy. From the moment I checked in, it was clear this hotel operates with no regard for cleanliness, customer service, or basic human decency.
The rooms were filthy, with dirt everywhere and a strong, unpleasant odor. To make matters worse, the place is infested with cockroaches—everywhere. It was disgusting and completely unacceptable.
The staff, particularly the African team members, were shockingly rude, unhelpful, and seemed to take pleasure in ignoring guest concerns. Read moreIt's an average class hotel, with limited facilities, if you have more money with you then i will recommend you go to other hotels which has more facilities like pool, sauna or gym. However in this hotel if you book make sure to tell them to give you on 3rd floor and if possible room number 302 as it's twin bed plus AC and Internet works much better then 2nd floor, in 2nd floor Internet (WiFi)service very poor, ac not chilling properly and there are bugs issues in rooms and no hot water in most of the bathrooms. The positive thing is it's situated in near Naif market so many wesome places are very close to it like dubai Gold market,Mobile phone wholesale market, Al Ghorara mall, Al burjaman mall, union and Al banyasi metro station, groceries shops, cafes and etc. No private parking available. Overall not to good...
