Parasol Hotel — Hotel in Dubai

I booked the hotel via agoda.com and when I went to check exactly, they manager said they don't have any rooms. I saw them the online booking PDF file of agoda. com. He said, we don't know about this. Check with company to whom you made the payment. ||||After look fight finally agoda. com promised me to refund the money after two weeks. Luckily, I booked only for one day. I spent extra money in staying another place and agoda.com did not do any compensation. I don't like it, I wasn't comfortable @ all, the have old rugs on the floor and it doesn't smell nice @ all plus the bathroom and toilet wasn't sparkling clean, the only thing good about this hotel...
