I recently visited Ariana Afghan Restaurant in Dubai, and it was a satisfying experience. I ordered the Kabuli Pulao with kebabs, which arrived with two skewers of juicy kofta laid over fragrant rice mixed with carrots and raisins. The pulao had a subtle, slightly sweet flavor from the raisins, balanced nicely by the spices in the rice. It’s a hearty and well-prepared dish, perfect for anyone wanting to try Afghan cuisine.
Alongside the main dish, I got a simple side salad with crisp cucumbers, tomatoes, cabbage, and a lemon wedge—nothing fancy, but refreshing alongside the heavier rice. A warm, mildly spiced soup came with the meal, too, along with a creamy yogurt sauce, which added a nice contrast to the grilled kebabs.
The restaurant itself is spacious and clean, with a comfortable, laid-back atmosphere. The décor features traditional touches, but it still feels modern. The standout here was the service. Mr. Ahmed, one of the staff members, was exceptionally friendly and made sure we were well taken care of, which always makes a meal that much better.

Read moreAmazing, Delicious, Different. These words truly describe my feelings. The part was that I did not plan. I happened to be in the area and my brother asked me if I was hungry. Luckily we decided to dine at Ariana Afghan. The location is very unique. It's on a mezzanine floor in the centre of Naif. Very near to the front of Naif Souq. You need to take a lift and go up. There is a lot of space with options to sit in small rooms, ideal for families up to 8 people. Coming to the food, it was something I have never experienced. It was truly delicious. We ordered Bukhari Kebab (special only on Wednesday), Aloo Keema and Mix Grill with Afghani Pulao. The service was very good and the staff was very nice. I would definitely recommend you...
Read moreI had dinner last night at Ariana Afghan Restaurant with a friend. We ordered Mutton Bukhari Kabab/ Dum Pukht, but unfortunately, the dish served to us seemed old — it tasted and smelled like it was from the previous day. It lacked the freshness we expected from your restaurant.
As a result, both my friend and I felt sick afterward and experienced vomiting. This was very disappointing, especially considering the reputation and standards we associate with your restaurant.
I kindly request the management to ensure that only freshly prepared food is served to customers. Incidents like this not only affect our health but can also damage the restaurant’s reputation.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and make improvements...
