Berry House Bed and Breakfast Littlehampton — Hotel in Arun

Lovely b&b. Large onsite parking with flower beds all around. Not far from beach. Small row of shops/ chemist within 100m. Rustington shopping is better than Littlehampton. Lovely fruit shop. We had the garden room which was downstairs with its own doors to patio with table and chairs. Tommy had double bed and 2 armchairs. Plenty of tea/ coffee and hot chocolate. Everywhere was spotlessly clean and comfortable. The impressive entrance hall was typical of the rest of the house. The hostess was very friendly and breakfast was huge and perfectly cooked. Choice was fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereals, juices or selection of cooked options. WiFi was free and super fast. We stayed at this guest house from the 30 june 2025 to the 7 july 2025 and I cant fault anything at all with the stay the host,s cara and simon were lovely made you feel really welcome they couldn't do enough allways asking us if we needed anything for our room the breakfast were very generous as well lovely to the room was very clean and it's not to far from the town centre and there is a bus stop just out side the guest house and there is also a pub just down the road called the new in if you want a drink if ever we are in littlehampton again we will definetly...

We stayed at Berry House, while visiting Goodwood FOS (30min drive). I booked two twin rooms. Both were nicely furnished and really nice size, and all on suite. We arrived late due to traveling from 4 hours away, the host checked us in out of hours which was greatly appreciated. The beach is a 5 minute walk, and we drove 10mins to lovely pub for dinner.
