Modern Apartment Central Belfast — Hotel in Belfast

Please do not be deceive by the pictures attall! However, The space in this apartment is sooo generous! Location is very good too and very secure. View is lovely morning day and night looking over the river.

It however needs a bit of a revamp i must say and it'll be 5 star!

Bathroom in the corridor has a very bad drains odour. We constantly needed to keep the door shut if not there was a really bad smell throughout the entire apartment.

Washing machine drum doesn't smell very nice! Needs a routine drum clean.

Kitchen area so beautiful but cleanliness is appalling. The floor in the kitchen area were soo sticky, the fridge is dirty and needs a serious deep clean as there are stains and mold. We had to go get cleaning detergent from tesco to tidy a section before we could keep food in there.

Door handles for most rooms are broken or dont shut properly, bathrooms needs a proper deep clean and in the future maybe more than 2 bathrooms for such a big apartment.

You could see hair everywhere as if its still being slept in by someone and stains in bed cover that's easily removable by washing. Its not the nicest thing to see as you're getting in bed.

The upstairs room light doesn't work and there's no lamp
