If I could give lower for the service I would, there is a blonde boy and everyone he served made them feel uncomfortable. One lady passed him a toastie and asked for 3 cakes and after she finished he said ‘wait a minute I need to put your toastie in’ when there was no room in the cooker. He was fixing her tray and forks moved and she went to help and he replied ‘don’t worry I got it’ then muttered something under his breath. He then said the price and she replied ‘is that for my 2 cappuccino too’ and he said ‘no I didn’t know you wanted that’ Another customer was waiting on their food being heated and when he handed it to her she asked something but then said it don’t matter and he rolled his eyes as he walked away. I was also in here the previous day and sat at the same table. I had spilt matcha and there was still a sticky matcha stain on the table, flood and windowsill. And the fridges weren’t restocked at all. This is very poor.

Every time I have been here the staff have always been super engaging and friendly. I would say this would be the best Nero in Belfast for that reason alone. My recent visit I brought my pet Prestyn, I was slightly nervous as I wasn't aware most Nero's are dog friendly but the staff all settled this and were super attentive and friendly even providing a pupacino for him to enjoy! Will defo be back. I have tagged Nero on the post on his IG: @Prestynthepug but couldn't praise the staff enough.

Wasn't acknowledged at all when we came in, three gents behind the bar not one even said hello, was such an anti climax. There wasn't anyone else in the cue and about 3 sitting in the store. Staff had No aprons on. 10am on a Monday morning, no pastries or muffins, just looked scruffy and uncared for. Americanos were half full and hot chocolate was all foam. Was not worth anywhere close to £9. Wouldn't come in again.

If you want to experience the equivalent of Chinese water torture then this is the place for you. The front door to this place makes a very loud "slam" every time it closes - so every few seconds at busy times all you can hear is slam, slam, slam.

If you're trying to have a relaxing coffee and / or do some work, the noise is unbearable.

Raised with the team who said there was nothing they can do about it.

If the management read this, PLEASE - do something about the door so it doesn't make such a loud slam every time it closes! Don't know how your staff can cope with it - i'm stressed out after just 10...

It was a very windy and cold morning and together with my daughter we were looking for some nice space to sit down and have a breakfast. Place is really good, busy as next to some offices but most people are like take away people. We had some luxury hot chocolate which I will still discuss where this luxury was and vanilla Cappuccino together with some panini's. In overall no bad, of course on high end price tag and increase further as we took a sit. We all need morning coffee and some snack but sometimes the prices are really high. However, I still...
