The Hippodrome Hotel, Wetherspoon — Hotel in Fenland District

Rooms were lovely well equipped. However, room was meant to be a family room, they had put 1 single bed extra into the room but there were 2 adults and 2 10 years olds. Because of this I think that the price paid for a "family" room with no breakfast is expensive. The breakfast food that we purchased was on the cold side and when spoke to waitress she shrugged, took food and microwaved it!. You could have put nails in with the toast it...

The Wetherspoon Hotel in March was a very pleasant surprise and better than some 5-star rooms I've stayed in. Room was very nice room, with a very comfortable bed. Bathroom was excellent, large, beautiful farmhouse style exposed red brick wall, with a large walk-in shower with a rain style shower. Room was clean. Great place to stay when visiting family in the area we had a family room very spacious our son slept fine on the pulled out sofa bed, our bed was very comfy. Bathroom was spacious. Had breakfast in the pub a couple of times no complaints only thing no kids in the bar after 9pm so one night we sat in the beer garden which was no problem. Would recommend.
