USA Chicken — Restaurant in Fenland District

On a lads night out, my friends wanted to have something to eat. At first I went into dominoes but they all said that USA chicken is much cheaper. When we arrived, there was no customers there so I waited for my two friends to order. Once done, I ordered a pizza with a bottle of 7up and then paid for it although they did not give me the drink there and then so I thought it would be given when the pizza is served. When my pizza was done they served it but I still had not gotten my drink. I waited for the people who were ordering to be finished and then I would ask. Eventually I went up to the counter and a different cashier was there now (a younger brighter lad) to which I told him that I had ordered a bottle of 7up which I was not given. The lad went and asked about it to the person who served me to which he gave me a glare and said 'we do not do bottles of 7up, only cans' (and had in fact charged me for the price of a can). They gave me a can but as I walked away I heard the man still mentioning 7up to his other colleagues and laughing about it (as if I was stupid). This in my opinion was bad customer service as they did not give me a drink when they were supposed to do and the menu makes it out that they DO sell bottles of 7up. The pizza itself was good but pretty basic (just as good as a frozen pizza from Sainsbury's) and next time I will go to dominoes as they taste better. Just been part of a facebook conversation where multiple people have shared their bad experiences of this place, including undercooked chips, barring a customer for complaining about undercooked chips, under cooked chicken, additional charges for things like having salad in a seperate container, gone off coleslaw, "their food is grim", telling customers to F off.

Absolutely do not order from this takeaway I have now twice been verbally abused by them for receiving the wrong order. They refused to deliver the correct order. They will take your money - very much male domination treat women terribly in fact when I entered the take away they are very scary and appalling customer service.
