We went to Center Parcs Longleat in late September 2020 so there were limited number of people which was perfect. When we arrived on the Monday it was just before 4PM (check in time), and it turns up everyone is doing the same thing. Please modernise your check-in process, such as using ANPR and more information as people approach the check in lodge. Sucks a bit having to queue 25 mins just to check-in, also issued of queuing back onto the road, with ropey overtaking etc by cars...
